I made a mistake and did not check reviews beforehand. Ordered a chicken breast wrap. Despite it being late with not much traffic, the chicken breast was already made, waiting for I don't know how much. He added very little vegetables and had no idea how to pack for takeaway
I can appreciate these guys work hard, but place stank of paint/ construction. Food wasn’t cheap nor tasted very good. Maybe if you were drunk you would enjoy this food, which is great! I guess it is not intended for regular or sober people:)
Terrible experience if you are a woman on your own. They try to con you into spending 3X as much money and then blame you when it’s pointed out. Food is also undercooked and subject to enquiries by food standards.
DO NOT COME HERE AS A WOMAN ON YOUR OWN. My girlfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza, burger and THREE chicken pieces. She was charged £41, with seven extra chicken pieces added to her bill that she did not order. They gave us the pizza, burger and three chicken strips she ordered. When questioned why she was charged for ten they gave me £9 in cash of the £16.10 we were over charged and said that my girlfriend must have made a mistake. I then tried to explain that we were owed more but I was assaulted by the bald man pictured when the receipt was snatched from my hands and ripped up. I asked to just have the full amount refunded and the food returned but I was told by the staff to get out of their shop and to report it to the police if I wasn’t happy. The bald man told the other staff pictured to not talk to me. To me it seemed like an act that they had performed more than once. I worry how many young women have been ripped off and exploited by this kebab shop. You are much better off going to master chef which is an honest kebab shop run by decent people who do not take advantage of drunk young women. Plus the chicken at Piccolinis is poor at best, we only bought three pieces to feed to our dog and I’d hesitate to even do that after trying it.
6 quid for cheese and chip (ordered a cheesy chips). What I was given looks like leftovers. A small maccies chips is 8x the amount of chips
