   Great, reliable restaurant with dishes that are fresh and tasty and quick to come to the table. I try and have something different every time I go, and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately my partner is unable to eat there due to her health issues and allergies but the vibrant atmosphere makes it a fun experience, even if you're not eating. We've been served by Sophie the last couple of times we've been, and she's been highly attentive and very helpful, particularly with our latest visit where there was an issue with my Blue Light Card discount and she helped to rectify it. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Horsham.

   The food at Wagamama was good and we really enjoyed our meal overall. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, and what really spoiled the experience was the attitude of the manager. She was very rude and unprofessional, and we even overheard her shouting at the staff. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and really brought the mood down. The waiter who served us was lovely and did their best, but the manager’s behaviour completely let the place down.

   We came in for lunch and sat straight down. Before we left it did fill up so I would recommend booking in advance. We had sprite and iced tea for drinks. We ordered the chicken donburi bowl and the katsu chicken. We also ordered chicken gyozas. The chicken in the donburi was a bit gristly and greasy but the staff were great and swapped it for a beef donburi. Apart from that it was lovely ,fresh and very tasty. The bill came to £47. Will definitely come here again.

   We had the Pad Thai, I guess the Japanese version. Although it was tasty, they didn't seem to know how to add some spiciness to it. Didn't have some of the traditional ingredients I am accustomed to, like crushed peanuts, crunchy bean sprouts.

   Visited for lunch today. Exactly what you would expect from Wagamama! Quick friendly service, piping hot and delicious food. Had a lovely lunch, not cheap but it was nice £45 for 2 mains and 2 sides and 2 cokes.
