   The whole ordering system was so insanely convoluted, the website didn't work at all and wouldn't accept any method of payment The app kept removing toppings and when we finally managed to place our order after 1 hour of constant effort we noticed it had removed our sides and turned two of our pizzas into a large instead of a medium.. It gets worse when we phoned up within 30 seconds to add on the sides that the app took off the guy said no problem and tried to charge us not the deal price, quoting " that's online only" over and over as if mocking us that we couldn't place the order online, when I said can they just cancel the order and we will reorder he said it was already made and they can't cancel. What a load of rubbish. Disgruntled Also 4 wrong pizzas for £60 is mental isn't it?

   We've twice received rotten cauliflower in their cauliflower bites. For an established company like this to let this happen even once is atrocious. Normally we love the food here. With plenty of options for Vegans too. We are sad to say we won't be ordering again because the quality is usually great but better than being served rotton food

   Everytime we order from papa Johns the delivery is always late. Even when ordering at an off peak time. They always mark it as delivered at least 20 mins before it actually arrives, then when you ring and question what’s happening your just talked over and told it’s an error with the system and the pizza is on its way. Just don’t get how it happens everytime. Plus when the pizza arrived, it arrived mashed up. Terrible service start to finish!

   First time trying Papa John's. The chicken poppers were great.. bacon cheese sticks side not so much.. 5 maybe 6 at best tiny squares of bacon to 'serve two people' is ridiculous for the price it costs!! Chicken pizza.. well, it was kind of mediocre and definitely not worth the price either.. So if you like tasty crispy, chicken bites, Papa John's is for you!! The service was good. The food was ready for the selected collection time, and the staff seemed friendly in the brief encounter.

   Placed the order 2 hours prior to make sure I would be able to leave for train on time. Called place 10 minutes past the delivery time when I was advised that order was sent late by central team.Even argued with me that I placed order for 15 past. Food arrived at 25 past.It looked like driver had thrown it around the car. Never again.

   Cold pizza arrived 15min after the ap had said enjoy your pizza. Customer service is diabolical and this is the second time this has happened. Expensive mistake. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

   This place irritates me so much I rarely use them Because they update the system to say it’s arrived when it’s no where near. They obviously do that on purpose, as I expect all of the data is logged and they have scores. That’s unprofessional and bad practice Stop doing it!

   You better train the people at the counter, when I have asked about the current offers, person at the till didn't had any clues and said no offers available at store, only at the online. Later once I have placed the order online, he came back to me mentioning there was a better on the store. I think they need a proper training on servicing customer.

   Late delivery caused that I had barely warm pizza that I had to put to my oven. Last thing what customer expect to buy fresh cold pizza. Never again PJ
