absolutely disgusting, bone found in doner meat and when i rang up to complain i was called a liar, threatened and called names by the owner, being heavily pregnant i find this place utterly disgusting hygiene and customer service wise and i wouldn’t recommend anyone eats here this place should be shut down!
Always order late at night from here get the best of the best ordered 3 pieces chicken tonight and got 4 also ordered double burger and it’s absolutely outstanding never had a bad meal from here and always order late at night
I ordered last night they said its too late to have any salad. I wake up today and now have food poisoning. Great, really made my day.
The pizza was cold inside and seemed like its reheated and veggies were overcooked. Also, It was not freshly cooked at all.
I’ve ordered from here before and was very satisfied, but unfortunately, this time was a disappointment. The staff were polite and respectful, which I truly appreciate. However, the pizza I received was cold and honestly not that good. The crust was too thick, and the overall taste just didn’t meet my expectations. Considering I paid £26, I was really expecting better quality. I’m genuinely upset because that’s not a small amount to spend on one pizza. I just hope the business values its customers and the money they spend by ensuring better consistency in the future. Wishing improvement and continued success for your team.
Order food from here often. Their mozzerella sticks are always done just right, good chip portion size and partners burger is always nice

Have used Topolis loads in the past, excellent value and quick delivery. Tonight I ordered through UberEats and received a wrong item. I called to ask for a replacement, and thought I had clearly communicated the wrong item. When the food was redelivered, it was the same wrong item again, that wasn't even on my original order! I called back and spoke to someone different who said he would send a replacement. Then, a minute later, the first chap I spoke to called back and told me off. Apparently I had lied to him? I explained that I had told him which item was wrong, he disagreed and said that I had told him that was the item I said I hadn't received. I acknowledged that maybe we had gotten our wires crossed ( its noisy in the restaurant, and probably quite hectic too) and just asked him if he could send the correct order. He refused, claiming he'd already sent wings and I was a liar and a scammer. He then told me he was cancelling the order and put the phone down on me. Not happy with being spoken to like this in the slightest, I understand mistakes happen but to send a dish I didn't order twice is real incompetence. I shan't be using Topolis again.
We came from Rhondda to buy lunch here but at 13.15 the door was locked. There's no excuse for failing to update your opening hours in here, shame on you. Fortunately, Oasis kebab shop was open a couple of doors away so we spent our money there instead, and it was delicious.
