How can you work in a pizza shop and not be able to adequately cut the pizza in even slices?? I ordered a medium pizza, which yes was cut into 8 slices but technically 6 because what is this? Very inconvenient since this was shared.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this Domino’s branch. I placed my order and waited 45 minutes with no update. I called the store and the lady on the phone told me my order would be dispatched within the next 5 minutes. I waited another 25 minutes, still nothing arrived. When I called again, I was told that the driver had supposedly tried to call me and because I “didn’t answer”, he returned to the store. This is simply not true — I had no missed calls at all. If the driver genuinely came to my address, why didn’t he knock on the door? The address is clear and the door is easy to locate. There is no excuse for not knocking. After more than an hour, my pizzas finally arrived and they were completely cold. The drivers also seemed unfamiliar with the area, and it was obvious that the store was short-staffed or overwhelmed — but instead of being honest, they lied to me twice. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Domino’s. Delayed delivery, cold food, poor communication, and being told something that was clearly untrue is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this branch again unless the service improves dramatically.
I placed an order from this Domino’s through Uber Eats and it was honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant accepted the order and marked it as “being prepared,” and then “preparing for delivery” “on the way” but there was no contact info for the delivery driver, and the app kept telling me to call the restaurant instead. I tried calling multiple times, no one picked up. To make it worse, the store closed while my order was supposedly being delivered, and I never received anything. No updates, no call from the driver, nothing at all. Since it was the store’s own delivery driver, the tracking was completely inaccurate the whole time. So now I’m out £26, didn’t get any food, and I have to waste even more time dealing with Uber Eats support just because this restaurant accepted an order they had no intention of fulfilling. Totally unacceptable. Horrible experience. Waste of time and money. Never ordering from this Domino’s again.
I recently reviewed on here, did take it down because they did sort out our order. We were rewarded a £40 for our mishap last week! The man on the phone wasn't good at all, although pizza was delicious. Thank you for our pizza!
Ordered a half and half, one half was the festive pizza yet it arrived without cranberry sauce. Checked the receipt and it wasn't an error on my part. Called the store and got no answer which is a common occurrence judging by some other reviews here. I don't even care about the sauce, the pizza was still delicious and I devoured it but it's baffling that an establishment like Domino's can make such basic mistakes and not even take calls? Very strange. Won't be ordering again unfortunately.
If there was a zero star option or lower then I would select this. 2nd time I’ve found hair on my pizza! The attitude on the guy when I called the store was disgusting! Talking over me whilst trying to explain and insisting it couldn’t have been from the store as he personally made and cut it. The hair was under the cheese! I will never buy a single thing from this store again and seriously considering after the awful customer service from Domino’s I’ve received, never buying from them again! They’ve collected the full order as they insisted, even though I didn’t even want to eat anything else. Still awaiting a full refund which I’ll probably never receive.
Inconsistent this time round. Have ordered several time and is usually great. This time around, they were really stingy on the toppings. Didn't make me feel like a valued customer.
Without cheese pizza… worst pizza ever
A bit "hit & miss" with this branch. This time we tried their new sun dried tomato base and it was delicious! Few weeks later we ordered again but there was barely any sauce on the pizza? I said the sauce last time was like a deep orange but this time it looked yellow and there was barely any smeared on the base. I thought they had forgotten the sauce or something, so dunno if they changed the supply but it was really disappointing and the staff didn't really give a good explanation either, they just stated it comes like that.
Ordered a 12.99 All Mine Deal recently, with a Medium Vegan Vegi Supreme Pizza, an extra Garlic & Herb Dip and Coke Zero. I added vegan soya strips and took off the mushrooms and opted for the Sun dried tomato and garlic base instead, as my local domino's doesn't offer this. The pizza was really nice and I really liked the base. It did come really funnily sliced, which cheered me up. Unfortuntely there was barely any soya strips on the pizza and the delivery took about 30 minutes after preparation, even though it was late at night so the roads weren't busy and the distance between my location and domino's was only a 5 minutes drive. Regardless te delivery driver was really nice and friendly. I also would have preferred if they had water option for drink choice rather than only fizzy drinks.
