Best pizza in Northampton ever. Never ever had any bad experiences for orders and always apologise for any mistakes made. Banging pizza and good side orders aswell. Wedgies and cookies are top tier!
Ordered on app. The app allocates the store based on postcode given. Food doesn't arrive. Called the store and they said they cancelled the order without informing me. This is the third time it's happened in around 18 months. They say my postcode is outside of their area but sometimes they deliver here and sometimes they don't.
The delivery was within 30 minutes, the pizza was fresh, but too much salty.
Without a shadow of a doubt, the WORST Domino's pizza chain I've ever had the misfortune of using! The quality of the ingredients has gone down, the price has gone up, and the underwhelming customer service has stayed the same. On the plus side, the dog didn't go hungry.
Pizza and chicken wings arrived cold!!! Was offered only ,£5 coupon off for next order not happy and I probably will never use them again.
Terrible!! Will never eat dominos again! Pizza came cold, not cut up at all and the base looked like a 5 year old made it and was even torn on the edge! Sent us replacement but by this time was put off completely!! Very poor!
This branch of Domino's is an absolute joke, bought 40 quids worth of pizzas for the family, turned up to collect it to find out the muppet over the counter gave our order to someone else, no need for ID or a confirmation or anything, meaning we had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the store for our food, and the guy just didn't care, we overheard him saying that he didn't care if he got sacked over the incident and just didn't seem to give 2 shakes about it. It's not the first time something bad has happened with this branch either.
Worst experience with any food delivered!!! Food ordered came 40 minutes late, no email or call to explain, the delivery driver didn't even give us our drink, and he went to leave, we asked about our drink, he looked very puzzled and after a few seconds fumbled his words and said Dominoes ran out of all drinks, and that tomorrow we might get a credit!! we ordered 2 pizzas and a large drink, my pregnant girlfriend opened pizza to find it cold!!! Absolutely discusting!!! All you had to do was let us know!!! I would never recommend this store or their driver!!!
Ordered for delivery last night, the pizza had practically no cheese on it at all and the other toppings were very scarce as well. Chicken wings were more like sparrow wings - and when it eventually arrived well over an hour after ordering it was stone cold. Have never had worse service. Papa Johns next door are far better - don't waste your money here. Even the smaller take away / kebab shops do better than this for half the price. Really bad.
