Firstly, Β£8.50 for a pint of Singha! Tap didnβt even taste clean! No wonder prices arenβt on the online menu. A not so generous set menu cost Β£50 per person! The spice profile was the same in every dish. I donβt like leaving bad reviews but this was necessary. The other Thais in Norwich present a menu half the price and double the flavour. Even Michelin / 5 star Thai restaurantβs in London are a better price!

The chef deserves applause , truly excellent food. Sadly, the reception staff seemed to be running the place like an old-school disciplinary centre. Warm smiles for others, but the moment they left, off went the heater and I was practically ushered out mid-bite. Even my βthank youβ got ignored. Brilliant kitchen, but the front desk could do with a cup of tea, a biscuit, and a quick reminder that itβs 2025, not colonial times.

I had the most amazing lunch yesterday! The food was absolutely incredible β it tasted exactly like in Thailand and totally blew my mind. I highly recommend this place, especially to anyone whoβs been to Asia and is missing the real, authentic flavours. The restaurant itself gave me such strong Thai vibes, and Iβm genuinely so grateful for that experience. We got our food in super express time β honestly, the fastest Iβve ever been served in my life! The waitress was absolutely lovely β€οΈ

First time in Norwich, and of course, Asian food was my priority. Found this spot right by the bus station and Travelodge Central. We ordered Chicken Satay, Thai Dumplings, Beef Noodles, Shrimp Pad Thai, Coconut Water, and Thai Tea all for around Β£50. Generous portions and totally worth it. Everything was flavorful and authentic, plus they had extra seasonings and sauces to adjust to your taste. The staff were super friendly and mostly Thai or Asian which added to the authenticity. Nice ambiance, felt like a βproperβ restaurant. Definitely coming back to try the curry next time!

Great spot for some Thai food in Norwich. Came here for a birthday meal and the interior of the restaurant is lovely and authentic. The curries tasted fab and the portions were well sized but they could have been a bit bigger. The flavours were divine and there was a nice heat to the tofu panang curry as well as the others.

Food is alright but staffs are pretty rude. I work quite close to this place so I decided to come get a quick lunch. I was checking if the lunch deal could do takeaway so I could order a few to bring back to office sharing with colleagues. They said the deal only available to eat in. It's also fine for me so I took a seat. Staffs seemed annoyed when you ask them questions(just asked about toilet) I have to rush back to office but I haven't finished my food yet so I asked for take-away box. The take-away box costs 1pound btw. It's fine for me to pay that I just don't wanna waste my food. However, staffs started making weird face to each other and laughing joking in their language when I asked for takeaway box. Sounds like they thought I pretending to eat in just to get their cheap deal then ask for takeaway box. I actually ate half already just didn't expect I have to rush back to office all in sudden.

We had a very disappointing delivery from the House. The curry and the Pat Thai tasted nothing like we remembered. The potatoes in the curry had a strange texture like thawed potatoes. The egg fried rice looked like normal rice with egg pieces. Portion sizes were very small.

Got told of The House by a friend, loved it. All the staff are very nice and friendly, the food fresh and very tasty. Lots to choose from and I like the set menu choices, we had one set menu and we will be going back to try more. Definitely on my go to list.
