   Tesco extra is a very large shopping mall for one's every day shopping needs. They also have a section for clothing with collections for both adults and children. The frozen food area left me spellbound due to the vast array of products on display. It is located the Blue boar area of Norwich and is served by Buses 11 and 11A. It has an expansive parking space and an added extra of a LIDL shop just beside it. They have a dedicated crop of staff willing to assist a every point. You might want to give it a try if you go anywhere around the blue boar area.

   Returned to my local tescos recently for majority if shopping. based on quality of food, best before date, and range and variety and scan as you shop. Some isles could be wider but reflects how busy and popular it is. Club card prices on many products and new products. Also, its a one stop Tesco. Clothing, homeware, and has internally within a great cafe l, timpsons, and sells everything. Staff despite so busy are friendly, warm and happy when asked a question. They also raise money for local charities and the bigger ones which provides that local community feel.

   ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service . The employee named Katrin was extremely rude and unhelpful. She ignored customers completely, making no effort to assist or even acknowledge people waiting. It felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than valued shoppers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in customer service, especially at Tesco. I hope management addresses this behaviour, as it leaves a very poor impression of the store.

   I loathe doing negative reviews, however I value good customer service. I couldn’t let this experience go undocumented. Tried to do a refund tonight. Attitude of staff was so negative & made me feel like I had done something wrong. Their whole process made me feel like an undervalued customer. Duty manager Luke (probably a nice guy but so very ineffective and not ready for a management role based on his performance tonight) and customer service assistant Louise (sorry Louise but you’re customer service is abysmal) both successfully made me feel anxious and a complete inconvenience. The total vibe appeared to be ‘make the customer squirm’ by holding up queues, taking time for duty manager to appear, discuss receipts provided in hushed serious manner without any customer engagement forthcoming. It was truly painful. Thankfully a chap called Ben eventually took control of the situation calmly, efficiently and professionally. Ben gets five ⭐️, Luke gets 1 star because he at least gave me a generic apology when I pointed out the poor customer service techniques being applied. Louise gets nil points… the only positive from her was that she stapled my receipts together at the end of this painful transaction. Such a shame because there are some really great staff working here who can consistently deliver superb customer service.

   ​I visited my local Tesco superstore today to drop off some clothes at the clothes bank. While I was there, I also decided to pick up some groceries. This has to be one of the largest Tesco stores in Norfolk! Even though I’ve been coming here for years, I just now noticed all the concessions available in the store. ​I was already familiar with Timpson, having previously used their key cutting service. However, I noticed Hays Travel, Johnsons specialist cleaners, and Max photo shop for the first time today. Overall, I had a delightful shopping experience, from parking my car to paying for my items at the self-service automated cash tills.

   Tesco Extra, Blue Boar Ln, Norwich NR7 8AB. It is a big supermarket and Costa is located at the entrance. Many items are on big bargain sale. Maximum 3 hours parking stay. Come and enjoy the good shopping experience.

   They have changed the layout very Ill thought. When I went self scan wasn’t working so went over to customer service a young lad who should be sacked and escorted of premises told me to get to back of queue . Why have you got such a dimwit working for you he should be dismissed immediately. Your shop is a disgrace the manager should be ashamed of themselves Customer service is important sadly lacking in this shop. If you had to close one shop it should be this one It is not fit for purpose and sadly reflects on tesco . You need to rethink the way this shop is run . I will shop elsewhere I do not tolerate such rudeness

   Very large store, well stocked, friendly staff, good bakery and fish counter, deli. Also fresh flowers and fab fruit and veg section. Offers other services like dry cleaners and shoe repair, optician, travel agent. Ample parking, easy to get to, newly refurbished petrol station. Long opening hours….basically it has everything! Top marks!

   Tesco Blue Boar Norwich I have been coming to this store since it was opened and am saddened to say how the staffs attitude has helped not only ruin what was once a good store but turn it into a playground for childish behaviour and Chinese whispers system which in turn has ruined the shopping experience for customers. . Examples are as follows and have been witnessed by locals over the last 12 months. Staff gossiping and backstabbing each other down the isles in front of the customers, staff heard commenting how they can steal food/goods to order and they haven’t done a food shop since working at Tesco Blue Boar. Lack of communication between departments causing frustration for customers and in the end making them leave the stock in store and purchase else where ( This happened 26/11/22). A customer purchased an item with a security tag on but paid at the Pharmcy for it. When they came down to the front of the shop they were told they would have to go to the end of a long cue of customers yet to pay. In frustration the customer left the item on the side and I personally watched as they went into Lidl and purchased the exact same item but without the attitude from the staff. Come on Tesco you used to be the best but you are now like a ship without its captain and the staff are running amok. Look at your CCTV cameras and don’t leave them to a 3rd outsourced company otherwise you will loose more customers in the run up to what is meant to be YOUR busiest period, not Lidl a few yards away.

   Called in here ad they offer a guaranteed passport photo service, and was in the area. Never really got an opportunity to check it out properly, but it is a large well stocked store with a large selection of merchandise. The staff were all very friendly and happy to do what they could to help.
