   Came here today with my family booked for 12 people well in advance, we sat down and ordered food, the food took quite some time to get out, and came out randomly two here two there most people had finished before some of the last meals came out, they burnt the first pizza they made so had to wait for another. The Sunday dinners appeared to be reheated in a microwave and was not very tasty at all gravy wasn’t in a gravy boat and was all over the meal, lukewarm gravy, I asked for cranberry sauce when my meal came it took until I had eaten my meal before it was brought out, this was brought out heated up which was odd. Also some of the dinners were brought out without roast potato which again some got brought out but some meals were already finished. Then some people wanted deserts the order was taken then to be told that there was only two Fudge cakes not four then there was no custard and then no waffles, this food cost well over £200 not including drinks, its was very poor and I would not return there. Should have been alarm bells when there was no one else there on a Sunday afternoon other than one couple, also they even called us to make sure we were coming today, it was our first time at the trotting mare and will defo be the last, It’s not very often we all get together so very disappointing for us all.

   Who ever cooked tonights food should be SACKED. Hubby had a pizza and i had a double chicken burger and chips. Food was burnt and unedible and ended up in the bin. When you spend over £30+ you expect it to be edible. Have taken pictures if proof required. Definately wont be buying from here again and have used pizza the mere for years.....

   3rd time ordering since they have moved location. 3rd time we've waited over an hour for food. This time around sadly was the most disappointing yet. Waited 1hr and 25 minutes for pizzas to arrive. Pizzas were cold (not even like warm they were cold). The bases were stale and tasted strange). We had no apology for the delay in the delivery. And before we could go back to the door to call the delivery driver back he had gone. We debated calling to complain, but as we've both been at work all day we decided just to give the rest to the dogs and call it a night for food. Usually even when late delivering the pizzas are hot when they arrive and taste nice (or we wouldn't have ordered again). But as we have had issues all 3 times we have ordered, this will be the last time we order from here sadly. So disappointing as we used to really enjoy the food. However this has left us with a stale taste in our mouths (literally).

   10 minutes late, mushrooms on one that we didn’t order. They phoned half an hour in to say they didn’t have one of the items we ordered. Just abit of a disaster really. Left with food we didn’t want to eat Think you need to state that in the description. Nothing about the name “pepperoni” says mushroom to me but there we go. Why would I want to cancel my order after waiting for half an hour? How has the item been refunded when we paid cash…safe to say we won’t order again

   Ordered in advance via the website for delivery 17:50 but it arrived at 18:15 pizza and onion rings were cold, call to speak to them and was told it couldn't be cold as they just made it and delivered it and didn't believe me, food wasn't great either won't be ordering again or recommending them either a total disappointment and waste of money.

   Food is fantastic.....chicken is to die for!, When you can go in and order and there is not a sign saying back in 15 minutes.... Could be a gold mine if there was always someone there to cook and someone else on deliveries. I hope this place does well as the food is unreal!

   Wish I could have scored this lower to be honest and this is something that I try not to do ! Week 1 ordered food ,3 pitta breads and sauces missing ....Spoke to owner who said next time he would put it right ....you know what fair enough we re all human and can make mistakes ! Week 2 explained what had happened last week was told order would be with us in 20 to 30 mins ....1 hour and 20 mins later I decided to ring to find out how long it was going to take ! After been passed to the owner all he could say is "its Saturday night we re busy it will be with you in 10 mins " .I asked if it was acceptable, to be told to "you want to cancel or what !" .Food turned up 20 mins later ,cold small portions and guess what all chips missing ....My husband refused to pay .owner rang us and said that we didn't order chips, we did ,and on the menu it actually states kebabs in clude chips .We refused to pay could nt say what the owners reply was to us ....I have taken photos but for some reason it won't let me post them .oh and by the way everything was freezing .I think you can safely say we will not be ordering from here again and will obvious tell our friends to avoid at all costs
