Such a great experience, the gentleman works in the store was really helpful as we ask for a receipt and he stated if anything happens when we use the receipt he can help us to confirm the payment when we need to claim the money from company we are working for!
Loving the festive pizza. The chicken tenders are great. Why is the new menu not updated on the counter? Team were very friendly.

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was full of flavor, served fresh, and beautifully presented. Muhammad went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. From the moment we walked in until we left, the service was attentive, polite, and professional.
Visited Pizza Hut for the first time recently .The pizza tasted amazing, and the cute guy who helped me was super friendly, mostly I tend to see (other restaurants) employees are unfriendly or stressed, but this was a positive experience which made me want to go back again. On my second visit, my collect order had not gone through but the lovely girl working that day behind the counter, sorted it out quickly and was just as nice to me. Asked her name on my third visit - Caerys, was just as friendly and polite again ! I’m not even a huge pizza fan in general, but with employees this friendly and pizza this good, I’ll definitely be coming back!

We ordered for delivery at 7.20pm and it was due at 7.50pm. After 30 more mins (late) the driver called to say he was knocking at the door. It turns out the wrong door miles away. So I then gave him the correct address accepting that the Pizzas will be cold now but we needed to eat as our child was up way too late now! We waited a further 30 mins and still nothing as it should have taken around 5-8mins from that address. We called the store and the guy who answered the phone was the most unprofessional person I have spoken to in a long while he basically didn’t care and said the driver had gone off to a different location and said to me we had two choices wait a further 30 mins for the driver to do the drop off and then deliver what would be very cold pizzas or they could re cook the pizzas and send out in an hours time which of course would be unacceptable. So I complained about this and the guy on the phone start being quite angry and after I asked him to calm down he put the phone down (this is unacceptable I run a marketing agency covering a lot of food restaurants). My partner (who is a teacher) then called and explained the situation and spoke with the same guy on the phone who proceeded to lie to my partner saying I was ‘swearing’ at him on the phone, my partner was in the room with me and explained that ‘I’ do not swear. He also said there are no guarantees that the order would arrive within an hour as there might be other issues on other orders! Anyway the outcome was we didn’t get our food Our little one had to have something else and we had cheese on toast as too late to cook anything! So the guy on the phone really needs retraining or just sacking to be fair and that place really needs to book up their ideas!
Foe a restaurant that specialises in chicken wings, my expectation was that they would have been good. But no not at all, not even close to being tasty. The skin on a chicken wing should be cooked to crispy standard, but what I received was very pale with no crisp. The food is so bad I wonder how places like this stay in business, this really does show how bad fast food can sell. I would advise against ordering from here, when KFC is 100% better.
Ordered at 9am for 6.15pm, so me and my partner could have a quick easy bite to eat before going to the cinema. I check the tracker and its only just gone in the oven at 6.25 and will be another 25 minutes before we have it. So now we either miss the first half an hour of our film or have cold pizza waiting for us when we get home. Couldn't even cancel my order, I'd have to email customer service for my money back. Terrible service.
