   We had a meal at pizza express tonight for my daughter’s birthday . In total there was 12 of us . We were looked after from start to finish impeccably, the service was top notch - which is hard to find at many places these days . The starters and main pizzas arrived all in good time , the table was constantly cleared of used plates and more drinks offered frequently . The food was all 10/10 , hot , no mistakes with any orders and all left to feel like our custom meant something to them . The deserts were incredible too. All in all - fantasic !

   Had to wait so long to be seated that we seated ourselves. Wasn't busy but staff not giving great service. The light above us was covered in cobwebs!!

   I want to be kinder because PE has always been my preferred choice due to the quality. Took a few minutes for anyone to notice we were waiting to be seated and to her credit our server Martha, tried really hard to please. The food was good for me however my friends were disappointed with their starters, saying the chicken gougons were tasteless. Just not as good as they used to be sadly and like everywhere prices continue to rise.

   Nice food, a bit pricey. But isn't everything nowadays. Service was alright, forgot to bring us something, but tried to charge for it. Couldn't actually find anyone to ask for this missing item, or the bill. Won't be rushing back. Nice pasta though!

   Food was brilliant, service fantastic, atmosphere only dropped to 4 stars because the overall restaurant was chilly and the toilets (at least the ladies anyway) were absolutely Baltic! It was a really really cold day granted, but it did put a damper on the experience as we had to keep our coats on the whole time. The heater on the wall in the bathroom was on but I don't think it helped. The ladies cubicles are also extremely small so it was quite uncomfortable to try to get in, as you had to step round the door. Still, we would definitely come back when it's a bit warmer as the food quality and freshness was awesome and the staff were lovely.

   Stopped in at Shrewsbury on the way home from a trip. Went to Pizza express (as I am trying to get to gold membership!!) without booking but they had a table free. The waiter was very attentive and efficient. The food was excellent as usual. If there was to be one small criticism it would be that there wasn’t enough garlic butter with the doughballs. Saying that, they were still fantastic. The rest of the food was excellent as well, the service fairly quick and, using the rewards on the app, it was quite reasonable. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.
