Went here with our teenage grandson after swimming competition. Very busy and it did take a while for our order to be taken but friendly, polite, attentive staff who apologised for the delay. Good food but is it a "feature" of Wagamama that your order comes in dribs and drabs and never together? Might have been that they were very busy but it was a bit unsettling not to get all our order at the same time. Anyway, we really liked the food and will definitely try Wagamama again.

I visited with my baby ( just the two of us) And was so pleased to be served by Helene. Helene was amazing with my baby and even managed to make her smile. The food was delicious and all of the staff were extremely attentive. 10 out of 10 experience nice and relaxed, especially given during a busier Christmas period.

Honestly for the price you pay for lunch here, you really can’t complain. We came here twice during our trip and both times, the service was impeccable from start to finish. They have a great lunch deal (Nov 2025) where you can order a main dish and a drink for £12! They have various vegetarian options and a great selection of non alcoholic drinks. The only things I’ll complain about are that the noodles for the pho dish are not authentic pho noodles and the gyoza wrappers were not thoroughly cooked. Great experience overall though.

A great meal a couple of days ago in this very attractive restaurant. We’re big fans of Wagamama’s and the food did not disappoint. The service tour was excellent. The lunchtime special menu of £12 including a drink was very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Lovely food, staff were lovely and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasantly, quite busy in there. Found it expensive, didn't expect to be paying £100 for 4

My first visit and it did not disapoint .the serving was substantial and very tasty. I had the dough balls for dessert which were delicious also . The staff were very polite and friendly and the service was great. I also loved the option of scanning the qr code on the table to pay the bill.

First time visiting this Wagamama, even though it was really busy we never felt forgotten about. We were asked about allergies which was great, I said I can't have cucumber so they spoke to me about that. We were able to alter the items on the menu (no chilli or corriander) and my partner changed the type of noodles for his dish, everything was very easy and no trouble for them which just shows how fresh everything is when they make it. The toilets were clean as well. All the tables were wiped down, I have a sensory issue so they moved us elsewhere at the start which was fantastic as it meant we could finish our meal before being next to others. Staff were really nice and we just couldn't fault anything. 5/5

Fast food at its best. Friendly staff and super quick service. Food was tasty, on the more expensive side. Did have gluten free alternatives for my son. He did love the Ramen!!

A very pleasant lunch experience. The gyoza seem to be much smaller than they were in the past but just as tasty. The juice was fresh and delicious but the rest of the meal was just passable, nothing memorable unfortunately. The wait staff were all very lovely and child friendly too.
