I don't leave reviews like this very often but my experience today warrants some feedback. I decided to try this establishment through an offering on too good to go. The weather meant the drive down took slightly longer than expected and after driving all the way downtown, paying for parking, and walking to the business, I arrived exactly one minute past the pickup window. I was shocked to be told that there was no food waiting for me because I had missed the window by one minute. The manager came up and told me yes you missed the pickup window so the food is not available it's all gone we've cleared it away. I said do you mean to tell me that in the one minute, 60 seconds since my arrival, you've cleared up every bit of food that you were offering only one minute previously? The response of the manager was to point out the delivery window and told me I missed it. The Girl behind the counter was equally unhelpful. They just keep repeating the mantra over and over again that I missed the pickup window and again by one minute after we've had snow. What really upset me about this interaction though, wasn't the circumstances of it, you know, these things happen. It was the clear enjoyment they had in telling me I had missed the window.... like haha we got to you... you get no food l, and we got your money 'cause you can't get a refund on too good to go. So if you want to give your money to a bunch of people who think it's hilarious to rob people in this economy, while they for serve you what I'm sure is substandard food, go ahead and eat here. Otherwise, I highly recommend you try Joyato down the street where the service is fantastic and the food actually tastes good.

Me and my son love coming here for lunch. We haven't been for a few months so we went there yesterday and I was very disappointed with the selection. Most of the selection was empty, no Indian choices at all and the desserts were shocking....choice of desserts was, swiss roll that was cut into slices then cut in half again with icecream sauce drizzled over it, tiramisu triangles, chocolate gateau that was still frozen inside, and now them little pots of icecream that taste like frozen mousse pots your mam used buy from kwick save back in the day. I really dont like to complain about this place because we love it there but when your paying £40 for lunch (with a refill Pepsi) and the selection has gone so poor you think, Hmmmm maybe we should have gone elsewhere. This place used to be really good but price has gone up (like everything, yes i know) and quality has gone right down. Such a shame.

Mid week visit for food with friends, nice size venue plenty of choices for one of the less busy times of the week, I don't personally eat alot, for me the price didn't reflect what I ate. so to me was expensive but if you can eat alot then yes would be a acceptable price. They are down stairs but do have a lift available. Toilets are upstairs so it's alot of up and down if you have children with you. A hand wash sink down stairs would be useful. Very polite staff greeted us upstairs and down stairs. We was offered a choice of tables as it wasn't too busy. Lack of food being refilled unfortunately a few things I would have like to tried was empty. Corn off the hot grill to order was still fridge cold when served to me, which is a little concerning as it didn't reach high enough temperature on a open flame grill. Ice cream tubs available which was nice but prefer a good old soft serve machine

I had low expectations on this place and read some bad reviews. But once there was amazed at what was on offer, a wide range of different foods all freshly cooked. Cost £22 and booked the table a day in advance online. Loads of choices in foods be it Chinese to Indian. Beer was nice and cold also at a good price. You get 1 hour 45 minutes if you book online and 1 hour 30 minutes if you just walk in without a reservation. Will be attending again.

Morgan’s rating Value for money 2/1 - this restaurant use to be buzzing with life and the food was great. Spent some happy times there celebrating birthdays, and adoption party! We spent £94 for 4 people and it was horrible!!! Standard of food 2/10 - very poor quality food. Lack of choice ( up to 15 options empty and extremely slow at refilling trays). Duck was disappointing! And most dishes were dry And edible. Staff 1/10- pushy manager just wants money and doesn’t care for his customers or staff. I asked him for a receipt and he went to charge me again £10.80 for 3 drinks!!! Staff are miserable and lacked motivation. Asked when a beef dish was going to be ready the staff member was so rude , it was like I asked her to cut off a body part!! Environment 4/10 tiered run down Recommending spending your hard earned money here ? Avoid avoid avoid!!

Very quiet at lunchtime this afternoon, with plenty of choice for food, very clean neat and tidy, both waitresses worked entirely hard, we're very friendly and polite, 1st class service, given it a 3 stars for atmosphere, as it was quiet.
