   We went to the Gin and Sake Quiz night and had a wonderful evening. This was my first time at G&S and the food was delicious and excellent value. It was a fun atmosphere with all the tables taking part in the quiz. Steve the quiz master did an excellent job of both asking the questions and keeping eveybody in line. I would highly recommend the quiz night for a fun evening out but the food makes this a place that is worth visiting any evening.

   My absolute favourite restaurant in the area! Food is amazing, service is faultless and the atmosphere keeps us coming back time and time again! We've been 5 times before but tonight we had the best meal by far, partly due to being a bit more adventurous but every dish was lush!

   Absolutely incredible experience start to finish. Before you even walk in, the building from the outside is stunning. You walk in and are immediately wowed by the decor. I just kept looking around the room! The menu is extensive but not overwhelming, great selection of meat, fish and veg options. We did a tapas style order and ordered multiple things for the table and everyone shared. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted incredible and I even went out my comfort zone and tried raw fish and loved it! Most of our food was not raw though and it was all delicious. The drinks / cocktails and mocktails we had were sensational. The staff were so friendly and professional. Definitely the kind of place to go for a special occasion, a small group etc but also nice and romantic for a couple. Would definitely recommend!

   Opening night for Gin and Sake was fabulous. We've ordered takeaway prior to the restaurant being completed, and always enjoyed the food, but the atmosphere and presentation cannot be replicated at home. Our server was Noah, who was attentive, polite and set a wonderful impression for what to expect. The food was fresh, lovingly put together and absolutely gorgeous. The drinks were new and exciting, and presented well. We cannot wait to visit again! Forget Wagamamas, Gin&Sake is a at true taste of Japan in Bridgend.

   Found Gin & Sake from a fortunately timed Facebook advert. We didn't know we could get Sushi in Bridgend. Oh my, it did not disappoint either. Super fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. We will be ordering from again very soon.
