Love that it still has a fish counter and a deli counter. Shout out to the lush lady working normally on the self service checkout. Helped me when my head was all over the place with the start of the flu.

What the heck Morrisons?! Your cafe used to be fab. But your Deliveroo performance is shocking. I've just ordered some cold drinks and chocolate (bulked up the order with a few bits for the cupboard). NONE of the things I wanted for tonight arrived. Half the order was out of stock. Not even substitutions, even though substitutions if out of stock was on. I did try calling, no answer. How could you not substitute for diet coke? Orange juice? A twirl? You have NO other similar options for these things?? I'm so disappointed. I've just paid good money for you to deliver none of the things I wanted. If I have to find a silver lining, at least I know where not to order from.

It is a great shame that morrisons have had to employ parking eye to monitor their car park, as they are not a nice company to deal with and a £100 fine is outrageous. Had an issue with a PCN there recently which was resolved by the store manager,Jeremy, who couldn't have been more helpful and understanding and thank you. Always found the staff there hard working and helpful and don't understand some of the bizarre negative comments left by some people.

Really shocking customer service experienced today. At the checkout there was an elderly lady in front of us who clearly needed help packing and after asking the staff member not to scan our stuff after the lady finished her packing I was given a look that could cut glass. I helped the lady finish her packing despite the staff member glowering at us. Poor service and even worse attitude. Train your staff to be better.

I rarely go into Morrisons and each time I’m reminded why. On the last two occasions I’ve been met with rude staff working the self service checkout. The member of staff shouted at my children when they were getting a carrier bag for me stating that “ you have to pay for that!” A different incident, same member of staff. Again with my daughter(12) there were a few people needing assistance at the self service til. This was fine. The member of staff looked at us and said “ You’ll have to wait” I hadn’t said anything and was waiting. When she came to my til she just slammed her staff card on the scanner which cleared the issue glared at us then walked off without saying anything just kind of stormed off. Manners and politeness cost nothing. Hopefully this will serve as a reminder to myself not to bother with Morrisons.

Nice store, nice facilities, clean but very busy when I was there about 2:00 pm on a Saturday. The cafe looked nice though I didn't get a chance to try it out.

Good quality meat, perfect for daily essentials or the weekly shop Carpark can be chaos. Parent spaces are always full of people with disabled badges, purely because they are closer than the allocated spaces With two young children the extra space is essential for getting in and out If it was easier to park here, we would certainly shop more often

Had a meal at the restaurant it was sausage, mash pea's with gravy. To say I enjoyed the meal is a definite understatement it was absolutely delicious and well worth the money. I don't live in the Neath area but when I am in the area next I will definitely be going back to Morrisons and 100% revisiting the restaurant. The staff were really nice also which brighten's up your day if people are nice to you. Give the restaurant a try if you are in the store or just pop in to the restaurant if you don't need any shopping. Going by my experience you should enjoy.

1 star is only because the staff were friendly. 1 x breakfast (had to order the main and not the small in order to get the free childs meal). Chils beans on toast was nice. Coffee was cold- which is weird considering its self dispensed from a machine, at £1.70 i want hot coffee! Breakfast was cold, and I mean cold. Bacon was sticking going oink! Cold sausages, cold hash brown, soggy toast, cold mushrooms, fried egg that had been sitting out a while. Given the cost and very poor food I definitely will be heading into town and spending my money
