   Cakes were crushed, crisps open. Delivery driver, whoosh, couldn't understand my delivery instructions. I'm in my 60s & housebound. I rely on deliveries. I stopped using whoosh for month cuz of drivers. But its same thing still. Drivers having trouble understanding directions. I don't want to use them anymore. Not just them but the way the shopping was packed. Who puts tub of ice cream, 2 loaves of bread on top of chocolate eclairs

   Convenient store, however some of the staff’s behaviour and customer service is genuinely appalling. One member in particular, an older lady (definitely works Thursday afternoons) has been rude to me and my friends several times. Her manner and tone of voice lacks any form of respect and we have witnessed her negatively chatting about customers to her colleague. She makes me feel like I’m a burden as a customer and is truly passive aggressive. I work in retail myself, and the behaviour that has been displayed by her would be deemed completely out of order and would most likely lead to dismissal. I really hope that this branch of Tesco will take action as this one woman is simply putting a bad name on this store. If I knew her name I would be naming and shaming, which I will do if things do not improve.

   I don’t know her name. But there is one lady who is works at this Tesco store who is very rude! I overheard her talking to her colleague chatting bad stuff about us. I don’t appreciate this at all. I will be taking further action. Time after time I go in there, she’s so rude. I’ve never done anything to her. We are always polite. She must hate kids. Will not be returning. She seriously needs some training in customer service skills

   Almost knocked off my bike by a Tesco lorry reversing from a side road onto the cycle path. There was a Tesco member of staff waving a lorry backwards and as I approached she looked directly at me and continued to wave the lorry backwards. I had to jump off from the cycle path onto the road to avoid being hit. I shouted at the woman why did you not stop the lorry. She replied in her broken english "bloody cyclist I only stop lorry for car". I am disgusted that she swore at me and that she is so ignorant that she happily waved a lorry onto a cycle path in the path of a cyclist in blatant disregard for public safety. This member of staff needs training for the sake of (a) the safety of the public and (b) lorry driver's liability.

   Tesco Express is handy for meal deals, but most other products seem pricier than at larger Tesco branches. And the narrow aisles can get very crowded at peak times. It's like shopping on a tube train. Still, it opens early and closes late. And sometimes you see a cat.

   Had such a wonderful experience when I arrived at this store. As I was walking towards it, I was greeted by such a shocking twist of fate! There was a cat sitting outside the store! It was incredible, the cat was very friendly. Due to this sudden appearance, I would give the store an 11/10
