   We came as a family group of 6 and a toddler for a 60th birthday party on Saturday evening. The food and service was excellent. I don’t know the name of the waitress but she was exceptional. It was very busy but she still managed to be efficient, calm and find time to listen and talk to us in addition to having to rearrange the tables for another party. Our booking was under the name of Shaw so please thank the amazing young lady.

   We managed to book last minute and omg, the best decision we made! The food was incredible and the service was even better!! The cocktails were lush and nothing was too much Lucy was so lovely and personable - she really made our experience great! Considering how incredible the food is, the price is so reasonable Would highly recommend!!

   Maybe I caught them on an off day. Starter popcorn chicken. The taste of the chicken was lost and was quite dry. Bacon chop. The apple sauce, I think it was apple but had very little flavour. The apple and ginger crumble was too sweet & I couldn't taste any ginger coming through. These are all minor grumbles, my 4 colleagues had no complaints at all so don't let my comments put you off trying this place. The service and staff were exceptional & it is nice to find a car park with plenty of spaces.

   Lovely setting both inside and out. The staff were all very polite. Service was really slow (and the restaurant wasn't busy) which was an issue for us as we only had limited time, but if you're there for pleasure rather than a work meeting, this is less of an issue. The crispy beef salad was generous and delicious. Perfect for a hot sunny day on the deck area. Will definitely return.

   Absolutely loved going here again on a date night with my husband. All the staff especially our waiter was polite, welcoming and happy. The food was 1st class and service was second to none. We didn't have to wait very long at all for the food and drinks we ordered, and the restaurant was very busy. Will definitely look forward to going there again! Xx
