   First time ordering from Jumbo House tonight I ordered around 6.00PM and had food easily within the hour food was greasy which I was told about before ordering but no complaints from me personaly had chicken balls and it's the first time I have had to stop eating with food still on the plate because of how full I was lovely food and lovely person who delivered it as well.

   Absolutely let down!! Ordered a chicken chow mein FREEZING cold and tasted like washing up liquid! Chicken was like rubber! Will definitely not be using this Chinese again!

   Well what a mistake I made ordering from these tonight!!! Ordered at 7.30pm, by 8.40 still nothing! Tried calling them…busy!! So jumped in the car in my PJ’s to go to see where the food was!! Got there and it’s sitting on the counter in a bag apparently “waiting for the driver” Got home and the food is literally swimming in grease, batter is burned, chips soggy and it tastes like the cooking oil hasn’t been changed in weeks and it’s completely inedible!! Call them again to get a refund and surprise surprise…. Busy tone!! I’m beyond fuming!! I 100% will not be going there ever again!!

   Ordered tonight food was lovely except the chicken balls were rock hard! I've had jumbo for years and it's my favourite Chinese!!! Come on jumbo do better!!! Thanks for rest of the food! Spot on ..jumbo house special is my favourite:)

   Been going jumbo for 30 years. Last night 11/3/23. Ordered mix grill I threw it all in bin as it was absolutely disgusting. Worst one I've ever had. The food now is awful. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone going jumbo to buy meal of any sort as you will be very disappointed. Personally I think it shut down or get a professional Shef in there instead of a amateur who can cook properly. Never going again unless it drastically improves. And the hygiene ratings is only 3.5. Dirty jumbo.

   What can i say!! Lemon chicken a poor attempt cheap iceland chicken steaks cut up in a what was not a lemon sauce!!! Special curry bog standard curry sauce spam ham!! Frozen chicken, prawns if you can call them that not much of peppers and beansprouts, tinned mushrooms tell me im wrong! Poor sub standard sorry to be blunt but it the worst i have had in a long time Never fancy a change!!! Always stay with the solid chinese takeaway never again.

   Ordered through just eat 18.50pm stated pay on delivery.21.50 called due to the time to be told it was for collection.I asked to collect I was told they would make fresh and deliver.Still waiting at 22.36 lol Cooked noodles at home

   They missed off a box of chicken balls, fried rice, chips and curry sauce. Rang up to ask for it to be redelivered, and met with absolute hostility down the phone. Refused to send it, said there to busy, there's nothing they can do. Absolutely shocking service, spent 25 quid, and 1 person is now without food. Just done a 14 hour shift, over the limit to go and pick it up myself. Its only a couple miles down the road, you could of easily just sent it with the next delivery driver. Actually shocked at how bad the chef/owner was screaming and shouting to the poor lad who answered the phone. With what little food we had, it was mediocre at best. Never in my life have I experienced such disregard to a paying customer who's order they messed up and made zero attempt to rectify their mistake. So now we have had to order from somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend using jumbo house. Average food, the worst service I've encountered from any establishment. And Ive worked in hospitality for 15 years. Abysmal.
