   I would not have given 1 star, as I came here for lunch with my 3 year old, and the food was just aweful!! Ordered vegetable chowmein full of eggplant and some pepper and edamame used only for decoration. The quid was full of salt, and gyoza came soaked in soya sauce. Not to mention ordered pina cola, didn’t taste like one. Have posted a picture, of the food and drink, I won’t be coming to this place again.

   We had a fantastic experience at Chi Restaurant! The pork belly was incredibly flavorful and tender—easily one of the best I’ve had. The ramen was rich and comforting, and the sushi was fresh and beautifully presented. On top of the delicious food, the service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-quality Asian fusion cuisine and great hospitality!

   We have gone to chi several times but last night was amazing thanks to Jerena Jose. She was so good in understanding all Our requests and looked after us so well. She made some amazing recommendations. Food was really good. Great Service , beautiful environment and wonderful food is guaranteed at chi.

   Decided to try Chi after walking past many times, to be honest was not the best experience. The food in itself was ok not too bad, but the service was the main reason for the low stars. Had to wait for a very long time for them to take our order and when they did we waited a very long time for anything to actually eat. Also felt pretty cold when interacting with the staff and also felt like an inconvenience to even be there.

   First time visiting this week as I always see it pop up on Deliveroo but I feel the food and atmosphere of the restaurant is so much better to experience in person. Food came hot and fresh out the kitchen. Loved the hospitality of the staff, and to the new hostess who served me you were very lovely! Will happily come again to try more of the menu

   Great food, larger portions than expected. Service charge added to bill automatically. Service could be friendlier. Needed cutlery and more drinks but had to ask fir them? Was going to have deserts but not offered the menu again after table was being cleared. Food was great tho and will go again for that reason.

   This is fast becoming our favourite restaurant in Northamptonshire. Our latest visit was for my wife's birthday and we were joined also by my daughter. We were welcomed in at the door and shown to our table - a nice booth. The restaurant was quite busy but being in the booth meant we had our own little space. After much deliberation - the menu is quite large with so many tempting dishes - we decided on 6 dishes between us all. The food arrived very promptly indeed and was absolutely delicious. We couldn't fault anything at all. We were too full to attempt a dessert. Just to add how friendly the staff were too. It just rounded off a great evening. We can't wait to return to Chi to try some of the other dishes we considered.

   Our favourate in Rushden Lakes. Plenty of parking, no booking required unless it's peak periods. Friendly staff, brilliant value for money and great decor. The food is always amazing hitting all the taste buds. Highly recommended for couples, family and colleagues.
