When paying 17pounds for 12 pieces of a third of a salmon and a bit of rice I would expect it at least to come freshly prepared for me instead as hard from the fridge where it was already made. Prices seem to raise every 3 months.
Always have great variety and fresh sushi
Some sushi rolls are extremely thin, like 1 centimetre thick!!!!! Two boxes with sushi rolls were badly rolled, no enough rice. Taste is perfect but services is really bad. Won’t order again.
As an avid sushi eater, I was SO relieved to see fresh sushi near me and for a GREAT price! I am astonished at the great price that comes with excellent quality sushi. Very impressed. But I would like to see more variety of combinations
They stole our money. We never received the food and they charged us. Don't give us our money back.We feel cheated. Nobody wants to help us. This place discounts money and never delivers your orders and no one helps us. They say they will give us our money back in two or 3 days but it is not certain. We spoke with an employee who was concerned about his departure time. We have been waiting for two and a half for our food and they never called us again. We called many times and they hung up on us. This is terrible. We have no food and they stole our money.It was my daughter's birthday and this definitely spoiled our night. The solution for this restaurant was to go for the food but I am a mother of two babies and I don't have a car so I couldn't do it. This place has bad customer service
The dishes are good. Punctual delivery. I give 4 stars because on my last order i didn't receive a single soy sauce even though it was included in the order.
Ordered sushi to pick up at 19:50, bearing in mind it is supposed to be open until 20:00, so got there a bit early and was told by the waitrose staff that everyone had gone home, spoke with waitrose manager (who was absolutely fantastic by the way) and they said there was no handover done. I've contacted multiple times regarding a refund of the order, which totalled £40 and there has been no response, absolute shambles and I want my money back.
The best sushi I’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing and the staff always happy to help. Yes it is not cheap, but you pay for what you get. The salmon is phenomenal. Great with whiskey
