Pretty terrible communication with customers Ordered food with an estimated delivery of 60 minutes, called 20 minutes after the delivery was meant to arrive and the person on the phone stated they had no driver due to weather conditions. It’s now been 2 and half hours since the order was made and no one is answering the phone, I assume it’s closed. Whilst I understand there are situations outside your control, the least the you could have done was contact your customers and decline the orders if you were struggling with deliveries. As an update the food arrived at almost 10 pm and although I informed the driver I was asking for a cancellation/refund they left the food behind as an apology. Had the food the following day and it’s really good so I’ve changed the review to reflect that.
We ordered from SunSushi and were really impressed! The sushi was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the crispy rice was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend. we’re already looking forward to our next order!
I’d easily give this place a 10 out of 10. Their sushi is absolutely outstanding – really top quality. Honestly, I was joking that they could open a Japanese restaurant in a big city and smash it. The ramen was also brilliant. I had a chat with the owner and found out they actually use fresh Japanese reman noodles, not the frozen stuff, so it tastes just like what you’d get in Japan. You can really tell the owner cares about the quality and takes pride in what they serve. I was seriously impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
