I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Ginza restaurant. The food itself is exceptionalβfresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. The sushi were melt-in-your-mouth quality, clearly made with the freshest ingredients. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations tailored to our tastes.

We ordered a takeaway from Ginza and honestly, it was one of the best sushi meals weβve had in Northampton! Everything was super tasty and beautifully fresh β from the creamy avocado to the perfectly rolled sushi. The noodles, katsu, and tofu dishes were spot on, and the fried noodles were full of flavour. The miso soup deserves a special mention β it tasted so fresh, probably the best miso weβve ever had! The fried tofu was also amazing, light yet crispy, and packed with flavour. The vegetable dumplings were a real highlight too β perfectly crispy on the outside, with a delicious, tasty filling inside. The edamame beans were fresh, simple, and exactly how they should be. As vegans, it can sometimes be tricky to find good options, but Ginza really delivered. The variety, freshness, and taste were all top notch. Without a doubt, one of the nicest vegan-friendly sushi meals youβll find around here. Highly recommended β weβll definitely be ordering again!

(This is a review from my 9 year old daughter) We have been to Ginza many many times! It has been amazing every single time, Mainly, the staff are AMAZING, and quite often since we come so much they even recognise us and know our orders! Food is also amazing, and there is also lots of Japanese music and decorations which are just the cherry on top! Defiantly recommend!

The ambience was really nice with soothing music playing in the background. The waiters were really patient and walked us through the menu as there were first timers in our group. We ordered Ramen, Bibimbap, Katsu curry. The food was delicious, everyone loved the sushi.

Nice restaurant, quite friendly staff but not very attentive. First half of service was alright but the second half had to chase them for everything. Getting desserts, getting bill, paying bill, even though the restaurant was almost empty by that time. Nice presentation. Food wasnβt very authentic though, especially sushi. Heavily drenched in mayo to satisfy the standard English palate which was unfortunate as husband and I donβt like westernised Asian foods. Same with Unagi Don. Husband used to eat it growing up all the time and he couldnβt finish it because the sauce was way too sweet, nothing like the actual stuff. Clearly a popular choice with locals as it was very busy with takeaways. Not a good choice if you prefer authentic food though.

Been here a couple of times now. Both times the food was fantastic. First time I came I was relitevly new to sushi so I got one of the mixed platters to try everything. Although so of it wasn't for me my partner loved it. Second times I was more acquainted with what I liked and didn't. I had the dragon rolls and the were delicious. The one negative was the dessert, even though their startes and mains are well made the desserts are not worth getting. Staff are always friendly and prompt when asking for something. Doesn't take long for the food to come out. Clean and tidy with nice decor to look at.

We had such a lovely night with karaoke and drinks. The staff were really nice and patients with us. Definitely recommend it to groups or families (adults only) which wants to have fun and good time. Good value for money too.
