   It's difficult to find good sushi outside of London but this was delicious. I generally avoid "supermarket sushi" but there was a lovely selection of products, and it was fresh, moist, and tasted amazing. Will definitely be a monthly regular!

   Surprised! For the record I highly dislike "supermarket" sushi but I had nothing to lose in trying Sushi Daily bc the only other sushi restaurant in Hitchin was overpriced, small portioned w/ avocado that wasn't even ripe! Sushi Daily Hitchin what a surprise, fresh, big portions, great flavor and reasonably priced. YAY there's hope for damn good Sushi in this part of the world.
