I recently ordered from this restaurant on Deliveroo, and as a celiac, I am impressed with the service and care provided. The staff went above and beyond to guide me through the gluten-free options on the menu and even patiently explained where to find them on the app. They also suggested a gluten-free sponge cake, which I initially declined as we had already bought the food, but they kindly included it anyway. This thoughtful gesture was so appreciated! With the cake provided, I was looking through the ingredients. I was quite impressed with their understanding of gluten-free ingredients like buckwheat, which many places often overlook. Knowing they are well-informed about celiac-safe foods made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and I'm so pleased with the effort they put into accommodating dietary needs. I'll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for gluten-free options!
Very Friendly presentable staff i was greeted by peggy with a smile snd was very helpful. pings has yummy selection and broad menu of Sushi very high quality soy sauce and beautifully displayed portions very authentic and a resonable price for the quality of the rice, nori and ingredients used mouth watering and very delicious and large variety of deserts and beautifully prepared Cakes and sweets the decor is very inviting and elegant and everything is in its place covered from and bacteria and its very clean with good light and well air conditioned.
The best sushi restaurant in Stevenage! I passed by Stevenage last week and discovered this sushi restaurant. I tried their Salmon Deluxe platter which had generous portions and very fresh. The price was also very reasonable. I also tried their cake which was soft. I will definitely come back next time!

Tried Pings my first time yesterday, and it was delicious. The texture and flavour were excellent. From both buns to the sushi. I'm getting my work lunch from here, farewll generic supermarket brand sushi.
