   Went to self pay with three items. Im on a crutch at the moment due to knee replacement. Put my bag on counter therefore needed authorisation. Three staff members worked past me several times and looked at me until l asked in a raised voice and miraculous one did. On leaving l noticed other shoppers waiting with red lights as these three staff talked and choice who they wanted to serve pathetic

   So you can walk in as early as 9.30am but if you just want to grab something real quick you cannot. They do not open the tills until 10am, so you then have to wait to pay. We then wanted to leave and shop elsewhere because we were running late and simply could not leave. There is no way out until 10am because it is all closed with barriers. So we had to open the entrance barrier and leave that way because we felt trapped. Absolutely ridiculous. And the staff did not seem keen on helping us at all. We were nice about it and they would not listen. Worst Tesco ever.

   Sorry to have to put this here but on the day I could not find a manager and I could not find a contact phone number I used the customer toilets at 10.30. If I said they were stinking it would be an understatement. There were two cubicle both in a disgusting state. Before I could use one I needed to clean it. No toilet brush, I literally used near hands and toilet tissue, it took around 10 to 15 minutes before the cubicle was clean enough for me to use. I did my bits and bobs but couldn't leave until I 'd cleaned the toilet for the next person Hands and tissue all of which has to be flushed away by a flushing system that isn't that efficient. Not good Tesco's Llanelli I'm afraid well below what one might expect

   I love this Tesco. They just had The Entertainer Toys, the staff are friendly ☺️ if you go to Tesco Café then get the Hash Browns Bits - 10/10 & the bacon and egg breakfast sandwich is lush. Amazing prices too. This Tesco is massive and a really good layout. There's also a "Inpost lockers" for vinted users.

   I recently left my purchase on the pharmacy counter, I went back 2 days later, fully expecting to have to buy again, but, I told the assistant what had happened. She went away and came back with my tablets and a note explaining the circumstances. Thank you so much, excellent customer service!

   This appears to be the worst managed supermarket I've ever encountered. The Shampoo and Conditioner isle was a shambles. Is it hard to get stock just now, or is the ordering system a complete mess? Made it very difficult to find what I needed. Same with shower gel/body wash section. Tried to find Dove body wash - a usual product, normally easy to find, in any supermarket. Very poor display, hard to find, and none on the shelving with the other brands. Clothing - many clothes were on hangers with wrong sizes displayed. Not many larger sizes available at all. Tiny section for ladies pyjamas/lounge suits - most of which had Mini Mouse or Teddy bears on. AGAIN, WHO is doing the Ordering? A 16yr old on work experience? Many people wear these lounge suits, all day at home. I have disabilities and have to stay in my pj's several days a week, so I can easily pop back to bed, without constantly getting dressed & undressed. I'm 63yrs old, and don't wish to open my front door to delivery staff, with Mini Mouse, or Teddy bears plastered across my chest. I also wanted to buy a coat but could not find a mirror anywhere. Asked two members of staff who said they didn't have one, and haven't had since Covid. They said they've never been asked that before, which I struggle to believe. Would you buy a Coat, a Cardigan, or a number of other clothing items, if you couldn't see what it looked like on? I also wanted a few baking items like flour, seeds, and dried fruit. Having asked THREE members of staff where I would find baking goods - none of them knew, or could help me. Really? The tills, with their long row of plastic screen, between me and the staff member, meant she had to literally throw the goods at me, so they stood any chance of reaching me. Totally dreadful experience all around. I've not experienced anything like it, in other shops, or even in other Tesco stores, so I just imagine the management here must be highly incompetent, or vacant. I definitely won't be going again, and will switch to stores like Morrisons where I'd found the experience couldn't have been more different.

   Witnessed three colleagues , mock and impersonate a customer and about her, asking for help on the self service checkouts . A customer shouted out and asked for help , as they where ignored previously and there light flashing . They where initial dismissive of customer , then she called again . Said person “ won’t name “ date 7/10/22 12:40 did a impression and mocked her almost as of the customer had some learning needs . Was absolutely disgusting .my items I purchased had tags and set the alarm off. They ignored it as where still making fun of said customer . I called the cec , will also be ensuring the store manager is aware . I felt sick watching

   Selling food a month out of date! Purchased Easter cakes yesterday when I was about to pack them I noticed the dates Not a few days but a month out of date and looked closer I could see the mold... Had refund but that's not good enough especially as our little one who was with us was very upset by not being able to have her easter cakes
