There is NO WAY this Tesco has a 4??? The staff are NEVER and I mean never at the till you have to walk around the shop and find them like it’s an inconvenience to be served. It takes ages. They lock the doors some night before the shop closes. Awful Tesco unlike any other Tesco.
Popped in here last night to grab a couple of bits with my 3 year old. Easy shopping experience as always but ended with a surprise. A member of their team came over with a wrapped present and gave it to my child, which really made his day. Things like this don't have to be done, yet can leave a real impression on customers. Thank you for bringing a smile to us!
Rude staff who don't want to serve you, they want you to use the selfservice which I refuse to use. Urgent customer training needs injecting into this store to serve customers in a polite and helpful way. I will be taking this to HO.
Dreadful!! I use Tesco for shopping all over the county and I can't believe that this store is part of the Tesco group . Unprofessional doesn’t come close and the service in this store has been awful for years. No staff on tills (ever) you have to walk around the shop to try and find someone to assist on the self service tills. The staff Members put personal charity boxes on the tills to raise money for their family members which is very shady. Im happy to speak to senior management
Visited this store and the man who served me could not be more friendly. Lovely service. This was last Friday afternoon 10th May. He was a credit to Tesco. Sorry I did not get his name
I'm lost for words. I walked in, found a fiver on the floor and instantly got rugby tackled to the ground by my nan.

It's a great shop. Open at 6am - I start work at 7 - closes at 11pm - I finish work at 9.30 so it is so convenient for getting stuff before work and beer on the way home when I'm knackered!
Very useful store as it avoids me having to go into the dreaded Bedford to get day-to-day items: Clare is particularly friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that prices are higher than in larger stores but that is normal and perhaps inevitable.
The lady that served me this morning at 9ish was very unfriemdly. When i questioned the price of an item that said it was hallf price she said that offer finished ages ago look and there is not enough staff to change it. She made it out as though it was my fault for questioning the price. She had a very unapproachable attitude and was abrupt. Usually the staff are all highly pleasant efficient and approachable.
