   The guy who assisted on self service needs to be trained on how to do costumer service.Is been 2 times when he approaches me to look to the screen to see if all the shopping been scanned(is not that the point as he is trying to do his job but the way he does it it really rude and we already argued about that last time when I bought dress an he didn’t removed the tag from it).

   I've always preferred Aldi as it's just more convenient but it didn't have what I needed in stock so I came to Morrisons. When I entered I was in a hurry to buy something in the back bakery section and a worker named Nushrat helped me and was really nice I was in a hurry so I didn't get the time to thank her if you're seeing this Nushrat thank you!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great place to come! We visited the butchers at Morrisons and were really impressed. The manager was absolutely amazing – friendly, approachable, and went out of her way to make sure we got exactly the cuts of meat we wanted. She really knew her stuff and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The quality of the meat here is miles better than other supermarkets – fresh, great selection, and excellent value for money. Prices are fair and the service makes all the difference. Highly recommend visiting the butchers at Morrisons if you’re after quality meat and fantastic customer service. We’ll definitely be back again!

   We ordered takeaway from the cafe. Kids eat free with adult meal so all 4 of us ate for less than £12. Used the click and collect feature which was easy, smooth and quick. And the food was great. Fish and chips was lovely, not greasy and a good portion size. Highly recommend.

   I fancied a breakfast only the 3rd time I have visited the Store. Ordered a Breakfast via the Self Service Point , I could see the Restaurant was fairly busy so expected a little wait time. 40 minutes later at this point 3 tables that sat down more then 10 minutes after me and more then 1 person on each table was served. Miffed spoke to the young girl that I had waited this long. NO Apology and response was there's only 3 of us we are busy. Asked for a refund and while waiting just observed the Kitchen staff's working. ( All the orders appearing on screen somehow they missed mine ) One of which asked if I wanted my Breakfast ( roll eyes ) not even an Apology. I went beyond being Hungry to Annoyed. Supervisor arrived to Authorise the refund not even enquiring as to why giving the order was almost £10. Lost customer and lost Store Customer Loyalty. I could not score below zero. Will not be giving any good feedback about this Store to anyone.

   I love Morrisons ......but for the last 2/3 years my dog has been eating frozen mince n biscuits....... The mince is approximately £3.50 bag ..I think it's beef n pork ....easy to pour out ...... it hasn't been in stock at Bedford store for months ....I mean. MONTHS.....&. No one can tell me why ..... Yes there's other mince ...all much more than I pay ..plus smaller bags ..... Would someone please tell me ....WHY IS THAT FROZEN MINCE ...NOT IN STOCK ??????

   A crazy experience for sure!! The self ordering system was weird. The staff that you do interact with were rude. The tables were dirty and the place just looked run down. I ordered a full english breakfast. The picture on the screen is not what you receive haha!! It was all cold and looked like plastic food. The poached egg?!?!? I don't even know what that was.. just don't do it people.. don't eat here if you value your health..

   Large week presented store with lots of products and produce. Shelves well stocked and prices are good in comparison to other retailers. Some good deals to be had as well. Staff can be rude and unwilling to help. That’s why I took a star off.

   Been there first time. Great place for fresh fruit, vegetables & good quality meat. The store is clean n I like shiny floor. Well stocked and good value. Love the fresh bakery. Very helpful staff. Checkouts not too busy. Toilets available for customers. Large cafe area, good value meals and snacks. Big parking space and a garage for fuel. Overall great
