Very good menu and friendly service. The restaurant is a bit loud, but it feels calm and homey. You can choose different accommodations, which is also good. I will definitely have lunch here again.
Although very busy outside on approach, when inside it was the perfect setting and atmosphere for a quick early evening light meal, still feeling quite intimate. The food was incredible and the service was fabulous. Highly recommended.
We booked The Box at Suburban Green for my baby shower celebration and had the best day! The team went above and beyond for us - great communication beforehand, fantastic service on the day and a brilliant atmosphere. We had The Box to ourselves which was a beautiful room and we had part of the outdoor terrace too which was great for hosting welcome drinks and having extra space. There were 30 of us so we pre-booked and ordered the hot buffet party menu. The food was delicious, well presented, piping hot and catered to dietary requirements (vegan, veggie, specific allergies etc!). Great choice of food ranging from: chicken skewers, beef sliders, fries, bang bang cauliflower, hummus and flatbread, tempura jumbo prawns and the mac cheese croquettes. Thank you so much to everyone at Suburban Green for such a memorable and wonderful afternoon! Highly recommend this venue for an event or even if you want to have dinner, lunch or just a drink! Look forward to returning when baby arrives :)
A lovely modern restaurant and bar in Wilmslow town. Clean and compact with outdoor, under glass and indoor seating at tables. The food is freshly prepared and is of good quality with ample choice for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Meals can be snacks and bites or a full breakfast come dinner. There is a good range of both hot/cold drinks and alcoholics. The staff are friendly and helpfull. The first floor is accessible to wheelchairs. Being a town centre location there is no on street parking. There is a small private car park behind the premises where t&c's apply. Well worth dropping in for a break or hanging out with friends.
Food was standard, slightly disappointed as we felt the food did not reflect the pictures we had previously seen. We were miss guided on a particular dish after informing the waitress we did not eat pork and was told the croquettes were cheese only yet once bitten into was clearly ndjua (Italian spreadable pork). The aesthetics made it a nice venue to catch up with family.
Lovely food. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere. Only stopped in for a business meeting, but would 100% come back here in my spare time!
Fantastic food and attentive staff - a great little place to drink and dine generally or celebrate with friends and family. Low ceilings give the place an intimate atmosphere. However the establishment could probably benefit from some additional soft furnishings to help reduce the ambient noise levels in the areas with the low ceilings.
Had some very nice brunch here, particularly the chips. However, the service was very slow and it didn't seem to be, particularly busy. We weren't in a rush and the food was worthy, so it's forgivable. Seemed to have a lot of wait staff standing about, could've been more proactive, after it was clear there would be a delay. Had to flag someone down to order in the first place, after while. Could've just been one of those days maybe.
