   Service was one of the worst I've ever experienced to be honest. Unfortunately for me and my partner, the staff had forgotten not only our drinks order but both of our main dishes too! When we corrected the waitress who brought us an incorrect order, she seemed VERY unimpressed with us and didn't offer an apology. The food was good once we received it. If the service was better I would come again, but based on my experience yesterday, I don't think I'll be returning!

   Staff all seemed grumpy, unmotivated and were definitely not trained in catering. Everything seemed far too much effort! The service was terrible- half the drink orders came , when we asked if they were on the way they simply said oh none left - but they didn’t offer any alternative etc or apologise just left us with no drinks? ( We did get alternates but we had to go to the bar and they still took near the end of the meal to arrive) Our individuals meals came out with big gaps between arrival and the birthday girls last. There was absolutely no effort to make our 16ths birthday special even though we told them in advance. One of the meals had a dietary request for the cod loin to be plain expressing no soy sauce. It came in what looked like a bowl of soup with so much soy sauce, so we asked if they could empty the sauce off and simply rinse the fish so we didn’t even ask for a new one as from the feel of the place we felt that would not happen but they half emptied the bowl of sauce and returned heavily the still covered fish with a lot of grumpiness and said ‘sauce with fish on menu’ ! The food quality of the other meals was ok but inferior to other local Chinese restaurants takeaways. There was one member of staff that was polite and offered our only smile from the staff all night - she was the lady clearing our plates after the meal. They had put us next to the window which is usual in restaurants to make the place look busy but it was cold and they had little heating on. We used to come here for special occasions but it has gone seriously down hill and we shall definitely not be returning!

   The food was excellent - some of the best Chinese food I've had recently. I particularly liked the kai sung (it reminded me of the san choy bow you find in Chinese restaurants in Australia). The sizzling beef was served on a sizzling hot platter with a tasty pepper sauce. The wonton soup had luscious and juicy prawn wontons with a generous serve of wontons. We decided to go a la carte, but the range of set menus is impressive and well priced too. It was lovely to see the restaurant team welcoming people and checking in with people at key stages of the meal. It had a really nice family feel and vibe! Luckily we booked our table the night before dining as the restaurant filled up very quickly after we arrived. We were visiting family in the area, so we don't live close by - but we've said we would gladly return on future visits. It is great to support local business and not just dine in the same restaurant chains.

   Attended for our Anniversary meal mainly a very enjoyable evening with some great entertainment half way through the evening. Food was all very tasty and well presented. We were slightly let down at the end of the meal when it took 35minutes for our pudding of banana fritter to arrive, we actually received our bill before the pudding and was asked if we wanted to pay before we had even had the pudding.

   Excellent dining environment experience. Fantastic crispy pork fillet and chicken satay. We highly recommend every one to try “The salty pepper French Fries”! Best ever. Organic and Fresh with a little bit spicy taste. I don’t even had chance to take a picture and it’s gone. Wonderful night. Thanks for the polite service.

   Not been here i around 13 years or so. Bern meaning go back but a place always forgot until drive past again Booked in for my partners birthday This place has all been refurbished since went many years ago. looks great the staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed the food We had 2 courses to full for a pudding Every where was very clean and tidy High recommend a visit if you are looking for a chinese restaurant to sit down and eat at We will be back very soon Thanks for nice service and great food

   Just been to Bauhinia today for a Friday date night. This place looks amazing with flowers as well as lighting. Staffs are super friendly and professional. They evens offer vegan Chinese food which is really a surprise! The price are decent as well. Definitely it will be a second and even more time come back over!
