Absolutely incredible! The butter chicken was silky smooth with the perfect kick, and the naan was so fluffy it melted in my mouth. Staff were warm and service was lightning fast. Already planning my next visit.
Came in with a group of friends, having booked a table in advance. A few people couldn’t make it, but the group size didn’t change significantly. Still, when we arrived, the staff seemed visibly annoyed, as if serving us was a chore. When we ordered a pint of Coke, it arrived flat. After pointing this out, the staff returned with half a pint of flat Coke and a small bottle to “top it up.” This happened throughout the night - we never once got a full, fresh pint of fizzy Coke. We arrived at 7, but food didn’t reach our table for over an hour. When it finally did, the portions were noticeably small, particularly the rice. The curries tasted generic, more like something out of a jar - though the korma was genuinely delicious. Normally I’d just not return and leave it at that, but the real problem was the misleading discount. Our booking email clearly stated a 15% discount on the bill. When we brought it up, staff argued that the deal hadn’t been running for months - so why was it included in my confirmation email? To make matters worse, the discount applied was clearly wrong: 15% off a £360 bill is £54, not the £36 we were given. They flat-out shorted us and hoped we wouldn’t notice. As we left, there were no smiles, no goodbyes - except from one polite young waiter who was the only positive part of the service. Long story short: Overpriced food with a disgruntled service.
Great Food and a lovely atmosphere. Ideal for dining in on special nights out or for getting take aways when you just want a great curry. Food is always cooked fresh and is always very tasty served by friendly and attentive staff.
Been here so many times always gave great reviews but never again .ordered a takeaway again the worse we have ever eaten not what we ordered good bye spice garden
Worst Indian I’ve had in Eastbourne. Decided to try place out and was disappointed. The bread was over cooked and hard. Not soft like it should be and had no garlic flavour. The mains we got all had no flavour or spice. Lack of seasoning and taste. Also the chicken korma was all sauce and only 5 tiny small bits of chicken. Expensive food for what you get. Don’t recommend and won’t be back

The food was fresh and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is comfortable and airey. Traditional Indian music softly in the background so you could hear all in your party talking. Definitely go again.
