   During our visit to Bicester Village, we decided to stop at this restaurant and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. After a long day of shopping, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal in a welcoming and well-maintained environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive from the very beginning, providing quick service while still being warm and helpful. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, all prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented with care. The flavors were well balanced, and the portions were satisfying. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, ideal for both a lunch break and a quiet dinner. The restaurant was also very clean, which always makes a difference. Overall, a great experience in every aspect: excellent food, great service, and a convenient location within Bicester Village. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely delicious noodle pot - I had the Thai sauce pot, with an extra egg. It was about £10 for a reasonable sized portion. Overall the food was faultless! I wish I had tried the sushi pots, something for next time. The service was a bit chaotic, there was no ordered way to queue or wait for food to be collected. We did go in around lunchtime so could be expected. 100% would visit again, can't believe I've never been to an itsu before

   Food and customer service was exceptionally good especially considering the amount of customers they had to deal with. Place was more than busy with a huge crowd floating in and out of the place, all the seating places were already taken. The placed was PACKED, I guess that means their food is that great.

   Great sushi for takeaways and quick meals. Portions are substantial and staff was nice. Was able to eat just outside and condiments are provided on the side. Little service is offered as this is primarily for takeaways and quick meals rather than a traditional dine-in restaurant. Managed to benefit from half price food half an hour before close which made meal prices much more appealing. Not sure if I would dine here often under full prices. Was very nice regardless.

   I am now here in Biscter Village designer outlet in UK with my husband and daughter. It is so big with more than 100 shops and may not be possible to visit all the shops. Very nice place and has many big brands with high discounts. Heard that people come from many countries for shopping here. Met one Indian family.

   A really great place for fast Asian food at Bicester Village. Nice seating inside or out. Food was fresh and delicious. I would certainly eat at this Itsu again.
