   Very bad customer service, they cancelled my order just because they couldn’t be bothered to use their brain and find my address or even call me. I called them up to discuss the issue and they were very blunt and rude. The driver never tried to call me or anything. They don’t seem to be very business professionals and are very simple Minded. Wouldn’t recommend using these for food and the food is always low standard. Kebabs got worse over time from them, like eating cardboard.

   Spent £28 for a kebab, burger and chips and all the food was only warm and over cooked, The burger was vile and a struggle to bite into, I’ve attached a picture of the burger, Wish I had read the reviews before ordering ! Avoid !

   My friend has had food poisoning from them and been super poorly and off work all week. The doctor has noted it is food poisoning. I wouldn't eat hear judging from the reviews! Not to mention my friend and his wife both left reviews about the food poisoning and miraculously they've disappeared...enough said.

   I have been using Grecco's for years, always delivery so I can't add stars for atmosphere. I just can't believe many of the 1-star reviews published here. I cannot remember a meal ordered with which I was disappointed. Always hot (admittedly they don't have to come far) and quick. The food is well cooked and tasty. I don't know details of the poor reviews, distance from takeaway for example. All I can say is keep up the good work Grecco's and I hope to be ordering from you for a long while to come!

   Called in for a takeaway. The whole place is grubby and could do with a deep clean and lick of paint. They also don't take card which is ridiculous these days. Food was mediocre but they gain a star for generous portion size. Probably won't bother again.

   Incorrect order called up to tell them Man on phone started shouting down the phone at my wife then hung up . So I called back and spoke to another man who denied it happened then hung when I asked for a refund

   Have been ordering from Greccos for a couple of years. Their food had always been nice. However, the last 2 orders were amazing! Their chips are so crunchy and yammy, not greasy, cooked to perfection! Whatever you are doing to those chips, KEEP IT UP! The chicken burger is my favorite! Service is good and efficient.
