   used to order here all the time and loved it, but I can't afford it anymore with the multiple price increases. Edit: gave it another chance and my chips arrived soaked with oil. You could literally squeeze drops of oil out of them. I also got someone else's order at the same time? Called them to tell them about the chips and extra food, they asked for it back so they could give it to the right customer which is really gross. They have no idea what could have been done to that food, and obviously the person who got it isn't going to be made aware. They told me they'd come back to replace the chips but never did. Removing one star for this terrible experience.

   Ordered food, eventually arrived an hour late. Tried to call, but the number wasn't recognised. We saw him (not realising it was our food), as there was a toddler in a child carrier n the back of his car. No apology, just profanity, as we didn't accept the order. For shame.

   Burned pizza sent. They collected them, then called me up to say no pizzas available anymore, didn't offer any alternatives, just said there's no more pizza, get a refund from just eat, and hung up. Got no dinner now. I've ordered here over 20 times easily, pretty gutted. Won't be ordering again due to this awful customer service.

   Always a good kebab - had both mixed and donner - from here and chips are lovely. Recently had a pizza and altho not domino or major chain standard, still really good.

   Service seamed good but food was inedible. Kebab was dry hard and black, the meat looked old. They smothered it in Chilly sauce I believe to hide the meat. I complained but he was not interested. I used to use this place regularly but standards have dropped. Never again.

   Wouldn't use again, very cold meal plus raw food sent out tonight, rang up to ask for another order, met by a very rude girl on the phone, who got very protective straight away and all I tried to be was to be polite who passed me onto a gentleman who said I would have to pay again if I wanted another order and got very argumentative, used these before and never had a problem maybe new employees that don't understand customer satisfaction hopefully future training will be provided. Very unprofessional and hope they get an inspection very soon because if they are sending out food like this they shouldn't be open. Order at your own risk.
