    Bad experience just trying to buy scratchcards for valentines day. Asked for £40 worth of random cards, first he starts trying to get 8 x £5 of same card, I said i would like a mixture of cards. He said he can only issue me 10 scratchcards and no more due to the lottery rules. Never ever I have ever had a limitation put in scratchcards. I buy bundles for Christmas, birthdays etc all tge time even from the sane garage! He said he's the manager and that he will get in trouble if he gives me more than 10 scratchcards and that that's been the law for months now. I said as long as they total £40 then ok. He said he can't make £40 worth if i don't want all the same ones. He brought 10 cards after going back and forth about me having to pick the cards. He started scanning the one card over and over again! He totaled it at £38. I said no you scanned the same card over and over, he said no its £38 and continued trying to dustract me talking utter nonsense about the lottery. I said let me count them before I pay and lowland behold, they totalled £36. He said it was an "accident" when i stood and watched im intentionally scan the one card over and over.

    I walked in the m&s shop at the service's at 4.15 yesterday afternoon.... went to the counter and the lady that served my daughter and myself was terribly rude. Not helpfull in the slightest.
