“If you don't live far this is a very convenient shop. Just buy online and turn up for collection, usually within hours. Prices are fair and availability is pretty good. It's open every day so if you are a weekend DIYer it's even more convenient. Staff is always friendly.”

“I have been going to DW Roberts for years, and have had excellent care and attention with the contact lens team. I decided I need to upgrade my glasses as I wanted to wear them more and my current ones were very out of date. The staff were so helpful in helping me choose frames that suited me, that were modern, and looked good. I picked them up yesterday and I love them. “We travelled nearly an hour from home to get to the store near Towcester. We were happy to travel to go somewhere with knowledge and expertise, and the opportunity to see a range of car seats. We had a bit of a niche situation as we have a reverse facing toddler in the middle seat (and still need access to them), while wanting to buy car seats for 15 month old twins who would sit on either side. The staff were amazing and knew exactly what would (and what wouldn’t) work for us. They took a seat outside to try in our car to test access to the middle seat. They were so helpful and had seats in stock so we were able to drive away with 2 BeSafe Beyonds, one of which they fitted for us (we chose to do the other one ourselves later). Cannot praise highly enough.”

Ian understood our vision and saved us an absolute fortune by upcycling our dated wardrobes. The service was complete (i.e removing the doorhandles and replacing them with new ones etc). “What a fantastic afternoon tea. We were thoroughly spoilt and had an incredible afternoon. Food was amazing. Very obviously freshly home baked cakes and scones not to mention the devine range of freshly made sandwiches. I was impressed with the care that was taken to accommodate my dietary requirements. “I visited Flair while searching for the perfect prom dress for my daughter. Although we didn't find "the one" on our first visit, the experience was still great. After trying another shop, we didn't feel comfortable there, so we returned to Flair. Unfortunately, they couldn’t source the exact dress we were looking for, but they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to find another shop that had it. The service was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated their efforts. I will definitely be coming back with my second daughter when the time comes! “Needed to get my daughter's car recovered to the local tyre shop, tried 1 or 2 recovery places but didn't get a reply. I contacted Reynolds through WhatsApp and got an immediate response and within an hour the car was delivered to the tyre shop with no fuss. Alex was very prompt and offered some good advice about the car, we might have paid less with other recovery services but I doubt we would have had the same service. Well done guys, I know who I can rely on if I ever need a recovery in the future. 5 stars is not enough to rate accurately!!!”
