I don’t like companies who only tell you the items you’ve ordered online or out of stock once your order has been placed and payment taken…and that they’re on long back-order with the supplier. Not good.

A store full of racing suits and accessories related to motorsport, with very helpful staff. I bought a pair of OMP gloves, and they helped me find the right size. They also have lots of helmets you can try on. Make sure to give them a quick visit after you're done with the Silverstone Museum, you're bound to find something to buy.
Had a nice time today watching my partner get to try on some suits (he is getting a custom suit made and needed to try on for sizing). Will was wonderful and remembered us from last time! Super welcoming and friendly guy, couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. We ended up buying some shoes too, Will's patience was unending. Top class service. Thank you for making our trip worth it! And thanks to Manager Dan too for sorting our forms out! 100% recommend these guys for anything you need.
Crazy stock of any king of wearables for motorsport! Staff are very friendly and help you through. I also bought gloves that for some reason did not fit well, They exchanged it even without thinking. Great place to get your motorsport equipment!
Had a great experience here when trying on helmets and suits. Didn't feel pressured to by and felt I was being given genuine advice, and managed to find equipment that's great for me at a decent price too. Would recommend.
Really disappointed with service. After going to the Motorsport show and there being no sales stalls there we still needed new Karting gloves, we called at 3.50 to check they were open till about 5 which was when we would arrive, on phone a lady confirmed they are open till 5.30 which agreed with the Google info, so off we set, got there just before 5 and the guy was closing up and said sorry no time to help my friends that were looking for a helmet and suit, but we could have a look at gloves. He offered no help just asked every 2 mins what ones we wanted and was drumming his payment machine. In the end we left empty handed as he made us feel uncomfortable trying on the gloves. I will not waste my time Using. A retail store now and will go back to buying online. No wonder retail is struggling!!
Great shop let down by less than keen staff.. Some staff were complaining that they'd been busy all day with no reprieve or let up of the constant stream of customers.. Seriously? Anyone else would be grateful to be in that situation, especially in the current climate where motorsports tends to carry a lower priority, when faced with other essential things that need to be bought.. Be thankful guys..
Fantastic customer service - my order wasn't available but they found me a perfect alternative and kept in contact with me all the time, even over the weekend to make sure I got my order in time for Christmas. Thank you once again and I would 100% recommend this company with their great customer service and quality products.
Placed order on the 1st its now the 14th still no bike in stock when clearly the website said 5-7 working days. No updates from staff I have to chase them all the time. Now find out the bike won't be delivered brand new in box it will all be put together for you. Really dont get this as imagine it's a present for someone. If I'd known the service would be like this I would of ran a million miles away to another shop that's true to their word and not advertising false information. If its not here at my address on Friday then it will be cancelled
