I was kept well informed by text and email of order progress and delivery dates, and genuinely feel I have had a bespoke planning service for a high street price. Oskar is an asset to the Northampton branch team, but without exception, everyone we have spoken with in the store has been friendly, polite and persistently helpful. I cannot recommend the store (and Oskar particularly) enough for a fantastic experience, which made the significant financial commitment that a kitchen purchase is truly feel like money well spent. 5 stars!”
