   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After spending three hours wandering around Milton Keynes shopping centre looking for a mother-of-the-bride dress, I was so disappointed — what a waste of time! The few places that even had occasion dresses were such a letdown. On my way home, I decided to stop at Flair Designer Wear, and it was like a Mr Benn moment - transformative! The service was absolutely wonderful — so personal and attentive. The assistant took one look at me and picked out the perfect dress. I felt amazing and smiled for the first time that day. I can’t thank them enough! If you’re looking for something truly special, make Flair Designer Wear your first, not your last, stop because there is nothing better out there in my opinion.

   Absolutely 5 star experience I went with my daughter I had an idea of the wedding outfit I wanted but was open to ideas …. But the lady instinctively knew what would suit me and suggested I try something on outside my comfort zone and wow that was it …. I felt a million dollars and my daughter and the lady agreed …. So I purchased wedding outfit shoes necklace and stole. Thank you so much for an amazing experience

   Lovely selsction of clothes. Mother of Bride, Prom, cruise wear. Even selection of jewelery to perfect the image required. And if you go in and say "Help! I don't know what suits me" the friendly, knowledgeable staff will sort you out in no time

   I visited Flair while searching for the perfect prom dress for my daughter. Although we didn't find "the one" on our first visit, the experience was still great. After trying another shop, we didn't feel comfortable there, so we returned to Flair. Unfortunately, they couldn’t source the exact dress we were looking for, but they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to find another shop that had it. The service was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated their efforts. I will definitely be coming back with my second daughter when the time comes! Highly recommend Flair for anyone looking for great customer service and a supportive shopping experience.

   I visited the shop on Saturday with my sister in law - looking for accessories for her already bought outfit for her sons wedding. The owner and Zoe were a wonderful support and let us look at various options to finish off her outfit. She chose the most wonderful hat and got shoes, bag and jewellery to compliment her outfit. I had little hope of finding something for me and the next thing I know I found the perfect dress, shoes, bag and hat for me! A brilliant one stop shop for that special occasion.    I wanted a Mother of the Groom outfit and like to shop locally so made an appointment here. I was slightly nervous as I didn’t want anything too glitzy: nice as they are thats just not my style. After trying a few outfits, with absolutely no pressure, and lots of helpful advice, I found a suit I loved. It had to be ordered in my size from the manufacturer in Spain. Unfortunately this is where things went awry. None of it was Flair’s fault. They were badly let down by their supplier. Despite several setbacks Flair did everything they possibly could to ensure I had my outfit with just days to go until the wedding. It was stressful at times but Flair put more than 1 plan in place to ensure I wasn’t left ‘stranded’. Great service ,from friendly staff, against difficult odds. Recommended!

   My daughter and I visited the Towcester shop on Saturday. The aim was to find a Mother of the Bride outfit. I was very anxious about the experience as although I had tried to loose weight in readiness for the Wedding due to medical issues and CoViD this has been virtually impossible. We were given a very warm......but sincere welcome. The shop itself is like an Aladins Cave, full of lovely outfits for any type of occasion. We chose a selection of outfits, the first was exactly the colour I liked, but the dress itself was a little on the large size and it didn’t have that “wow factor”. The second outfit was much more in keeping with the occasion. A traditional Church service followed by a rustic barn reception. As I came out of the changing room I was greeted by a lot of sincere compliments from the staff and of course my daughter. I can away from the shop extremely pleased with my purchases. I’m so excited now and know I have an outfit which I will be proud to wear. Thank you so much for providing such a great service.

   Sawson and Emma are very helpful in suggesting outfits and accessories, although on the other hand one is also encouraged to browse at leisure. A full service is available including hat purchase/hire, shoes, bag and jewellery plus alterations if required. I have been a customer for many years and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Customers become friends.
