   Consistently good, personalised service which I was reminded of throughout my prescription renewal very recently. I confess I made the mistake of going elsewhere for a quick repair (of DW Roberts supplied specs) and the difference was chalk and cheese. DW Roberts every time.

   My wife had been for eye tests for glasses as well as contact lenses and she is pleased with the outcome. The staff are friendly and helpful. Particularly Samantha went out of the way to help select frames and my wife was very pleased. As a result my wife persuaded me to go there too, to select frame for my new lenses. I am too happy with the outcome. Would recommend the place to any one.

   All Staff at DW Roberts in Towcester are so friendly and helpful! They couldn't do more to help......I have MS so am a bit wobbly, but help was given without being asked. I wasn't rushed to choose glasses after my eye test, and when I finally chose a pair they arrived pretty swiftly. A really positive afternoon...THANK YOU!

   I used have extreme shortsight, until recently when I had my cataracts done after being referred by the optician. I started going there because they were local and convenient. Prior to going to Roberts I had never had a satisfactory pair of glasses, I had significant distortion so I used to wear contacts every day. The 1st pair of glasses from Roberts blew my mind!! I could see really clearly without the walls and floor curving I on me. They were the best glasses I had ever had. I have stayed with then and all the contact lenses and glasses supplied have been excellent. All the staff have been and still are wonderful, kind, friendly and efficient. I would not go anywhere else.

My recent experience was no different, from arriving, through eye test, the choosing of new frame and lenses to finally picking up my new glasses the care and attention to detail was faultless. I highly recommend anyone using them and especially if like me you have a child or young person with additional needs who also needs glasses and regular sight tests!

   I have been going to DW Roberts for years, and have had excellent care and attention with the contact lens team. I decided I need to upgrade my glasses as I wanted to wear them more and my current ones were very out of date. The staff were so helpful in helping me choose frames that suited me, that were modern, and looked good. I picked them up yesterday and I love them. I definitely feel happy to wear them out and about! Thank you to all the staff here for being so helpful. I would definitely recommend the service and after care at DW Roberts.
