   Most unhelpful. Wanted an exchange on a Dewalt combi drill. Intermittent fault, absolutely useless when trying to work on site. Would not exchange, wanted to send it away to be repaired! Need it to work !!!! Wouldn't get this "service" at my local branch. If it had been given a real battering maybe, but less than 2 months old and very light use. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE. "Manager" useless.

   Extremely efficient place. In all this Covid malarkey you place an order online, get an email instantly and receive a text from someone who's scanned it all within minutes. Small little team in a place just off the A45 so it's easy to get to. Everyone is efficient and fast and brilliant.

   If you don't live far this is a very convenient shop. Just buy online and turn up for collection, usually within hours. Prices are fair and availability is pretty good. It's open every day so if you are a weekend DIYer it's even more convenient. Staff is always friendly.
