The 2 gentleman we spoke to they didn't show any interest to help us, they quickly dismissed us without even trying. We went there because we were referred by a friend who lives in Halifax, she told us all good things about Currys but what we experienced at Northampton Currys was completely different. We really felt discriminated, left the shop sad

Think I should have read the Reviews Before They can’t handle few customers i called for help by going to staff and waited more than 15 minutes to tell them turn on the tv so i can see and buy and when old one showup with rude behaviour its an easy job they’re busy solving maths puzzles Didn’t deserve that one Star super super wish can give in negative Awful experience
Went to buy a MacBook. Stood looking for help and was totally ignored. A female with a green tabard on that said Here to help, looked me in the eye three times but ignored me. I could have shouted across the store at her but I shouldn’t have to. Three other sales people looked at me and walked by, two were talking about personal issues. Absolutely appalling service. Wish I had seen other reviews saying the same, could have saved so much time. I have bought from AO.com, much cheaper and better value.
Very good service in store from a knowledgeable assistant. Excellent delivery and careful fitting of my new dishwasher and removal of the old machine. No mess or trouble. Reasonable price.
Bought a mobile phone, couldn't give me a printed receipt because the printer was broken. Supposed to e mail it, 3 days later still waiting. Don't answer the phone to their own customer services.
Excellent service in this particular branch, much better than the service recieved over at Riverside. The staff seemed to genuinely care about their customers, chatted with us about our product choices and remarking on what good deals we had found. 100% worth coming here over the riverside branch
A smaller store but you can still see products on display. If what you want isn't in stock they can get it in. Mobile shop in this branch too offering all the latest phones.
If you’re looking to purchase from Curry’s and are in a commutable distance to Northampton- go there! I’ve just had an awakening!! An amazing experience with what could possibly the most friendliest and helpful staff ever experienced! Someone give Assistance 84 Leighton a gold medal! This guy is so helpful, in fact I noticed great teamwork at that store. Wow! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience 10/10.
Got full brief of the product I wanted to buy and salesperson wasn't pushy at all. Even offered Cheaper options that was better based on my requirement. I liked the overall experience.
