Absolutely woeful foreign telephone service at Argos , customer service is non existant, they simply hang up on you when you evenually get through all the blocks (and automated 'we cannot help' hang ups) they put up to avoid helping customers at all costs. Pathetic soleless moneygrabber company Argos, clearly intent on destroying local communites and needless customer loyalty. ZERO out of five.
Awesome staff, great experience, I had an issue with an online order that was cancelled due to technical difficulties on argos' end, and these guys helped me through and got me to a great resolution with some extra savings as well!!!.
We are really lucky to have this great store in St. Neots, especially as we've got fewer local shops in our lovely market town, and Argos holds such a wide range of stock. What makes this Argos particularly special is that the staff are always cheerful and helpful! Thank you Argos, long may you remain in our town!
Good customer service and quick to sort pick up from back door
Staff rude, didn't explain the process of the samsung trade in offer. EE lost a customer to O2 which were more helpful reassuring and understanding.
I bought something for my TV which turned out not to be the right fit. When I went to return it, the staff in St Neots told me it was now second hand and could not be returned. Fascinated to see how they maintain that as a business model.
Impressively quick service using the Fast Checkout. Loads of staff around and it’s a well laid out and smart store. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes and will definitely be using the store again. Fantastic service! The store has had a refit since I last went in and it’s no longer the sad, drab store it was with the long waits and slow service. So much better now and worth a second chance.
I've never had a long wait here. Very handy as car park at the rear is not a long walk when you have big boxes. Staff will open back door for you if asked politely
