   I spent just over £29 for my family and they didn't put my Fiancé's Burger in our order and I had already driven back to Porthcawl and they hadn't printed out any receipts in the machine so I couldn't even prove it. I felt awful for my partner. I need to check in future before leaving with my takeaway. The burger alone was about £8 something. It's really annoying when you have been in work all day and your tired and hungry and looking forward to food.

   Queued for half an hour in the drive through for half a cup of two tasteless hot chocolates. Waste of £3.50 and the staff seemed to not even know how to get the card machine working to even take payment!

   Port talbot McDonald’s, although I have been banned I would never come here again. I made an order and their machines gave me the wrong receipt because of this the manager came to me giving me attitude for no reason. Yes I swore a little for good reason they have banned me for 12 months because their machines gave me the wrong receipt. The manager Deacon accused me of not making the order and blatantly lied to me trying to antagonise and intimidate me infront of my friends because their machines gave me the wrong receipt. He then came up to me giving me a letter saying I needed to leave the premises asap for 12 months because of a problem on their behalf. WOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN. The manager tried intimidating a girl thinking he was big and solid because of a problem ON THEIR END. Also the food is very unsanitary considering they don’t use gloves to make the food I seen the workers making the food sloppy as ever with their dirty hands. Do not come here if you don’t want food poisoning of any sort. Altogether the manager is a rude boy

   This McDonald's is the worst in south Wales. McDonald's keep upping their prices, and lowering their service quality. Ordered three items and all three were wrong. Ordered nuggets and the wrong sauce came. Ordered shake fries and they just sent regular fries and an empty bag without seasoning. Ordered Mac n cheese bites and no sauce came. McDonald's used to be cheap and cheerful. Now you get much better service and quality for less money elsewhere.

   Dreadful experience, store had run out of all drinks and many food items yet the app did not reflect this so it was only on arrival we were informed. Store was clearly a "young person's hangout" and the constant swearing was audible from our table. Manager was clearly overwhelmed or just unable to suitably deal with and rectify the situation. We should have just left on hearing about stock issues but with a hungry child and a need to not be too late home we stayed, this was the wrong decision. This experience has now put me off McDonald's entirely.

   When ordering online we nearly always have missing items or completely different orders. One time I ordered a meal for delivery for my family and we didn't even receive half the order they only gave us a few fries and drinks!! This happens almost every time we ordered and has happened again today! To be honest I'm really disappointed cause its great when we are in store I understand it can be stressful in work however its on the screen what we ordered and unless you have a problem reading it then I see no reason for this to happen. One time we had an issue in the store when we waited 1 hour for only 2 Mcflurry and when we asked about them they gave it to us melted! I've not had any problems when going inside the store to order other than that one time but deliveries are terrible.

   Absolutely disgusting delivery. Food cold. Not all items delivered. Burgers were dismantled. My drink wasn't delivered. Don't know what's going on but I think management needs a kick up their butt.

   Chips cold and floppy. Coke was flat and luke warm. They didn't even put sauce on the burger. And to finish off, it was all put in sideways to a little bag so everything was a mess. Food was abysmal and staff were rude. Place is a shambles.
