Used the cafe and the lady at the till was very helpful, and was working hard cleaning throughout the cafe.
Impressive just how far this store has sunk in the past 12 months. Staff friendly but the store just looks like it's on the slow road to closure. Tired, dreary, shelves dated and somehow they manage to run out of bread and donuts.. Nothing like other Morrisons stores, been a Morrisons customer for over 20 years but would now rather drive over to Telford Tesco than face another bleak shop in the store that time forgot
Gone downhill. Freezers out of order at the hottest time of the year so ice cream choice very limited. Don't always want this 2for1 stuff as it encourages food waste. A lot of customers are pensioners so cater for them.
I want to commend Jackie in the delicatessen. Always has a smile and goes out of her way to provide great service. She knows how much I love the jalopena scotch eggs but there are rarely any left when I go. So she walked me over to the cheese counter where some had been packaged up that I would never have seen. She is a joy to deal with and I hope she gets some recognition for giving great service.
The supermarket is expensive and the fuel is very expensive not providing a good service for the town
Good choice of vegetables. Friendly staff. Nice coffee after in the cafe.
Visited the cafe and had one of the best fish and chips meals I've had in a while. Kids loved their food too. Great prices and great quality
Staff are very friendly, but i noticed the price increase is unbelievably. Brought some tablets from yourself £4.50 went to savers, B&M,asda and they are from £1.49 to £1.75. Your food increase to compare to other shops you are very dear.
Everything you'd expect from a morrisons. Staff are friendly and helpful. Goods are usually well stocked too. Nice selection of different cheeses and good fresh baked section. Small clothing department. Pretty good for children, smaller selection for adults.
