   I'd give them 0 stars if it was possible, the most awful experience ever. I had done a load of shopping and was about to pay when the lady serving me accused me of potentially stealing a bottle of food essence! The absolute audacity of it, I put down all my stuff to pay and then she said "what did you do with the essence you picked up?", so I told her i put it it back, I thought it was odd that she asked me that, she then said, "so which which one did you pick up, i didnt see what you did with it". Seriously at this point I should have left the stuff i was buying and walked out!! So rude and offensive to be accused of stealing when I have never stolen a thing in my life! Baring in mind I had been shopping here for a number of years and never been treated in such a manner especially over a 69p bottle of food essence! I had just spent over £20 in there and did so every time i shopped there. The man who usually works there is pleasant but the old lady working today needs a course in customer service. She said oh no nothing personal I just have to ask. She was rude and clearly knows nothing about customer service & was too lazy to come out from behind the counter to check. No point having all those cctv cameras if you can't see what's happening and go round accusing honest customers. Safe to say I will never shop in that awful place again. Lost a loyal customer. Worst shopping experience ever.

   I have come here for snacks before, and came for bubble tea today. The bubble tea is the cheapest I've seen in the UK, and it was really nice! The lady at the till was really kind too

   Worst shopping experience I have ever had in the UK. Staffs are not friendly, they are so mean. You would want to come and buy things. Price is nothing special comparing to the others. Totally not recommended.

   Me and my family have lived in Bedford for 13 or so years, and I've known the owners since I was little. So welcoming and kind, good authentic brands that you could find at other bigger supermarkets that are much further away. It's our go-to quick stock up store, and I recommend it as a Cantonese person myself ^–^
