I ordered collection order of chicken fried rice, Chicken chow mein and curry sauce. It was lovely, tasty food. Unfortunately the takeaway has a 1star food hygiene rating which is not good until this improves, I would be weary ordering again.
Took over 2 hours to be delivered. When I rang to chase this 2 ladies were still having a conversation upon answering... then all I had was "its on its way babes" very condescending. When the food finally arrived it was very poor. Beef was very hard to chew.. in fact I think i am still chewing it. Vegetables were raw. Sauce taste alright but can tell they forgot about the order and just chucked it together. Never again!
Awful awful food .delivery took 2 hours. Food arrived and the chips were cold wet and stale. The chicken smelt and looked horrendous. Sauce was waterty
Not only do they sell terrible food they even send a delivery driver that adds more cost to your bill and rip you off I phoned to Complain but what a waste of time as they couldn’t careless Stay away or you will get scabby food Read other reviews
Extremely disappointed, usually our favourite! Ordered from them over other options for food as a treat for family and taken a few bits and can’t eat anymore, considering the usual quality this has had so much water added to sauces or flavoured foods. Should put an advert on menu, served with flavoured and coloured water sauce. Rice was edible, but the rest was absolutely shocking from an establishment that usually serves excellent dishes. Not very happy. Food bin get full this week, what is going on??? Food was hot and delivered on time, but if the food is rubbish, rather have the money back!
Just had our first order the food is lovely but we didn't receive any spring rolls or soft drink as mentionated on the site for orders over 30..we would definetely order the șpring rolls as we love them if we would know we don't receive them..a bit dissapointed
Been using skewen Chinese since I was about 10 I'm 65 now and believe me I've been to more Chinese than most of you have had Sunday dinner you may not have free chips or rice with your meal because the potions are so big not every Chinese can get it write every time why do you think that this Chinese has been going for so long because it's the best around
Ordered egg foo young with no veg except peas and get all veg and ordered curry sauce but no sauce. Nearly £30 for an order they can't get right !
I have had a delivery quite a few times and I must say the food is always fresh and absolutely beautiful and always arrives on time and always piping hot. The staff on the phone and the delivery are always polite. I wouldn't order from any other Chinese. First class
Terrible service, been using this place for over 6 years with no problems, ordered tonight, ribs and chips, delivery arrived no chips, called back only to be told we had not ordered chips, when in fact we did and paid the same price that we always have. They just called back admitting they had made the mistake , but if I wanted the chips I would have to pay another delivery charge, not getting anywhere talking to the girl that made the mistake, so I just gave up,they said I used an old website (this one) so why haven't they taken it down if it is an old web site ? will not be using again, if you hungry don't bother ordering from these as you will go hungry just as I have. One word disgusting customer service.
