Food was standard spoons. Can’t complain. Service was absolutely shocking tho. First waitress barely acknowledged our table of 7. Second waitress was rude beyond belief. One word ‘DRINKS’ shouted at us and slammed down on the table. Just one example. Some people should not work in hospitality.

Its licated directly opposite Neath Train Station which is very handy as the coffee shop attached to the station is very small with only 2 tables. Its a wetherspoons so cheap and cheerful prices and food quality. £6 for a big breakfast is cheap these days

Delicious chickpea curry. It was gorgeous. I had to wait a while to be served as noone was behind the bar. I ordered on the app and that was such quicker. Hand dryer in the disabled toilet smelt like it was about to catch fire and was making a horrendous noise. The staff said they were going to power it off before there was an incident. They went straight to sort it. Very good customer service.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, the staff are consistently kind and professional, and even the other patrons help keep things in order. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the menu. On previous visits, the Wetherspoon menu included British classics such as the Mixed Grill and other hearty pub staples and even the sticky toffee pudding. Those dishes have been removed and replaced with more Americanized options. While still enjoyable, it’s a real loss for those of us who loved the traditional offerings.

Very quiet on my visit to this Wetherspoons. I had a Freedom breakfast with a side of black pudding and unlimited hot drinks for £4.78. Great value for money. The breakfast wasn't too bad, and could have been even better with well done bacon and runny eggs.

Absolutely disgusting food eggs look like rubber. and got ripped off with the price should of been 10.63 and they charged me 12.11 robing bustards.. I'll never set foot in there again. And I'll be contacting trading standards...

Called in for a drink after returning from Cardiff watching the rugby. The drinks are reasonably priced. My wine was lovely. Locked at the food menu and I may try there soon. Toilets were upstairs though !!

Food and drinks were of the usual tidy, cheap as chips standard and great value for families. However the men's toilets were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for ages. Spoilt our visit.

Wide variety of Booze & many enjoy the grub. Not the best place to go alone if don't know anyone. Has gone downhill! Most staff are biased towards the 'regulars' with no manners from personal experience. So find that rather upsetting, but a few @ least seem ok. Ah well, they're very busy I spose. Lots of sly ones push in with zero respect for anyone + the BogS are rancid on occasion with drunken old men not washing hands after they've 'done their business' so that says it ALL.

What a gem. Staff welcoming and knowledgeable. Glasses spotless and gleaming. Smiles everywhere especially when the bill has to be paid. Definite for a revisit.
