Ordered a takeaway over the phone and the staff member was generally quite blunt and not very polite. In the end the food didn't arrive until almost two hours after placing the order. The curry wasn't very hot and didn't seem that fresh. No apology for the lateness either. Very disappointed

All the food was delicious, in a simple world outstanding. Any Bangla or Indian cousin lover must visit Tamarind at least once then you will come back here again. Their service is also outstanding and friendly.

What a great place for a curry. They are currently doing a Sunday special which is amazing.
The 4 of us walked in and enjoyed the Sunday deal which let us enjoy 1 starter, 1 main and 2 sides for a very good price. Couldn't fault most things that came except it would have been nice for some dishes to be spicier. Service was fast and we got a warm towelette and a mint chocolate after.

If I could give zero stars I would. We oreordered off justeat for 1745, it arrived at 1800 stone cold. I stuck my little finger into a leg of tandoori chicken to feel no heat. I rang the restaurant to be answered by a rude fella who disputed everything I said. They eventually agreed to send fresh food out. I had a knock on the door with a driver to pick up the food I had had delivered, there was no replacement food (I thought that's strange). An hour goes by and eventually a knock on the door with what we thought was fresh food. It wasn't!!! It was the same food that had been bunged in the microwave, reheated and sent back out( they didn't even replace the containers). I will be addressing this with health and safety, environmental health and just eat. This place should be shut down. Reheating on the bone chicken is unacceptable
Food was lovely, had a delivery. Ordered sweet and tasty curries and that's exactly what we got! Super yummy
