   I’ve ordered via the deliveroo app and via the nando’s website and they never get an order right ever. See pics although these were taken on one of the better days since i was given the lettuce was fresh for once. Hopefully it’s clear how dry the wrap is and also the wings apart from the grease. extra saucy wings never come saucy but instead coated in oil/grease and if they do come with sauce they use a weird salty spicy sauce instead of the peri tamer that i order. It will also just come overly charred/burnt. The double chicken wrap will either come with over half of the chicken missing and no sauce, often old brown limp lettuce, or if there is sauce it will be spicy instead of peri tamer. I always remove the chilli jam. The fries will often come half full and/or with just a pinch of peri salt. On the plus side i often get the order refunded but then i’m left with inedible food because it’s vile when it’s dry or spicy. The boxes are often grubby with finger marks of sauce on the outside.

   Ordered wraps always come with old lettuce and dry hard wrap like they have it just sitting around for ages. Almost every time I’ve ordered a peri tamer it comes spicy instead even though I remove chilli jam when ordering. “Extra saucy” wings come with no sauce and chilli flakes on even though I order no spice. They send half full fries with barely any peri salt and rarely give packets. whether you order from their own site or through Deliveroo app they tell you to claim a refund from them which is a pain to do and sometimes they only offer Nando’s points. They don’t care at all about their online or collection orders so avoid it.

   Nando’s never disappoints! The chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of that signature peri-peri flavor. The sides — especially the spicy rice and peri chips, were amazing too. Staff were super friendly and made sure everything came out fresh and hot. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a casual meal with friends!

   Food was cold and I was having lunch with my 6 year old son and staff didn’t offer him colouring sheet, which is fine as he went and got it himself. Portions were tiny compared to the prices. Overall just okish experience.

   Good food and arrived quickly. We really like the attentiveness of the management team in taking orders involving dietary requirements. Only minor niggle is that the tables are a bit sticky because of the cleaning spray used and not wiped down after cleaning. Will definitely come back.

   I got the extra hot 1/2 chicken with garlic bread and peri fries as seen on the pic. I must say the serving portion is slightly bigger than the takeaway. Sadly, once again the extra hot isn’t really spicy, it was pretty mild. I found the chicken too bland and dry, they should have marinated it and not overcook it. The fries were average and the garlic bread was hard. Wouldn’t order this again.
