We stopped by The Wine House on Beaujolais Day and absolutely loved it. They offered a great selection of champagne, and the venue was full of classy, friendly social drinkers enjoying the celebrations. A stylish spot with a great vibe — definitely worth visiting for the weekend or Beaujolais Day 2026.

First time here since it's changed hands, we will definitely be returning. The decor and seats were so lovely and comfortable, they played nice music that complemented the ambiance. But the staff was the biggest thing that separated it from other venues, so friendly and welcoming. Our dog received 5* treatment, she might as well have been royalty. Thanks to the amazing chap who served us (didn't catch his name, he had a french accent), we are already looking forward to our next visit and will be bringing friends

Visited twice, on a thursday afternoon and a sunday evening, very friendly girl welcomed us, ordered Mahou beers and she made us a very tasty chicken and bacon ciabatta with fries and coleslaw to share it was very enjoyable, returned for a cocktail again sat outside in the sunshine, enjoyed both our visits :)

Sunday Lunch, ate in one of the outside pods with our dog which was a great experience. The food was fabulous, we had 2 courses : main + dessert. The meat was so good and we are fussy with our meat, we had the brownie for dessert and OMG!! the best we have ever tasted. Now this would have been 5 stars however I do think the vegetable servings let it down slightly as there was not enough between us, delicious and well cooked but not enough. If I could give 4.9 for this reason I would.

This used to be my favourite place to have a Sunday Dinner. Probably the most disappointing Sunday Dinner in a while. There was a copious amount of potatoes; roasties, dauphinois and sweet potato. The sweet potato, for me, does not go well with a dinner, please bring back carrots and parsnips. Sack of the dauphinois… what an absolute devastation. Where’s the cauli cheese at??? Not only that the meat was cold and dry af. Watery gravy. Completely burnt and rock hard yorkies. Worst of all I had a SPRINKLING of stuffing, barely any on the plates. Service was a bit slow but graciously took on our unhappiness with the meal and did not charge us. I hope they change the menu back, as during covid I used to get takeaway dinners from here and they were superb. However, I won’t be running back any time soon.

Has to be one of the best Sunday lunches I've eaten in a long long time . Staff go that extra mile to make you feel well looked after . Well worth a visit. Lovely out door terrace in New part of the marina. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great atmosphere, great food, great people! Diablos has been my favourite place for a decadent brunch. It is perfect for dates, casual Sunday's and visiting parents. The staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is highly recommended by myself! 10/10 will eat here again... And again!
